Order placed on July 3 and my credit card was refunded (finally) on August 4. It was a month of total frustration. Ordered 3 tops and two arrived with no explanation of the whereabouts of the third. I asked about the third and was told it was out of stock and supply would not be replenished. The directions for return are ridiculous and do not contain a return address. I send another email asking for a return address. Response - Secaucus, NJ. Another email - where in Secaucus, NJ? Finally get an address along with instructions to send them a picture of my return receipt (I pay postage) and the tracking number. I did all of this and received an email saying that they received notification of my return and for me to wait 7 days before my return would be posted. HOWEVER, after those 7 days I got an email saying that They had checked my return and everything looks fine and I should see my refund posted between 3-15 days. WHAT? I told them that I would be calling my credit card company and asking them to initiate a dispute against this company. Their email followed with apologies and choices for me to delay my action. I did not respond and 2 days later (August 4) I received my refund. At some point of this aggravating incident, I received a request to rate the products of this order and to comment - which you see here. I am anxious to see if this will be posted.

Not as the hype for these clothes they are fast fashion right? Thin and if they actually looked like the pictures sure. I know the price and all but on another site the clothes actually are what they say. Sorry won't be back

I ordered clothes from Azzlee. I needed to return them because they did not fit right and no one returned my email.
Customer Service were brilliant but the delivery was a little bit slow - about 2 weeks.

Took too long for shipping, returns are at customers expense
I contacted Azzlee re: expedited shipping as I was anxious to consider this dress for a wedding. Although I did not use for the wedding, and actuallly have not worn it yet, the quick shipping and email contacts with Azzlee were outstanding!
Although part of my address wasn't full the house number, street, postal address was, the post office assured me they would have delivered to the correct address. It was returned to Azlee. The package was free shipping but customs service emailed me to say if I wanted them to re-deliver I would have to pay £7.99 There emails are slow and not customer friendly or helpful. Hopefully the refund isn't as long waited order on 7th July only just asked for a refund.
I did love my merchandise, however, I did not receive the last item! The shirt with the cardinals! What happened? Did you send it separately? I am so disappointed! It was for my mom! Please get back with me. I would rather have the shirt than my money back!
