I am hoping that a return/exchange will be done easily. That is my only issue at this point, as I am still awaiting the remainder of my order.

The clothing looks terrific but did not works out for me. I would have liked to know the sizing as it relates to hip measurements. Also, I didn't see any information on the fabric and laundry instructions of each item - and that's important, especially if you're buying clothing for traveling. I would also have liked a closer view of the shoulder seams and length of all the items, not just the ones where the model's stance allowed that to be obvious. If we're not tall and slender like the model, ordering the right style and fit is a mostly guesswork with fingers crossed.

Pictures are deceiving. Can't trust sizing. Too costly to bother exchanging.

I love most of the styles. They are beautiful and a little different. If I can get this problem resolved, I will shop again and again.

Top did not fit according to their size chart. Too expensive to ship back out of the United States.

Everything was poorly made and very very thin material. Attempted to return but they don't make it easy. Received free shipping on my order but to return, they would charge me what it cost them to ship to me plus shipping the return to them. Seriously!? Accepted a 30% refund, which I'm still waiting for. Everything went in the garbage. Lesson learned

Definitely not a thick coat as described and unable to return easily for a full refund as you have to pay for return postage to the US

The articles are very poor copies of those in the photograph. The pants are not styled at all, the material feels cheap and even though all my items were a Medium, one top was way too small. And again, not cut with any style. Such a shame as the actual items on their site look great - but it's not what you get!
