I purchased three items, a 2-pc black, a top and a suit. The suit was not what I ordered, not even close in color. I just wanted to exchange but COULD NOT TALK TO ANYONE!
No real clear directions to return or exchange. And I would like to have the suit I ordered but how?

Excellent experience- service was good - clothes sizes need to order sizer larger on the small size.
My experience was fine. It arrived within the time range that was mentioned and it did fit.
Sizes are smaller than standard and the shirt is much thinner material and weight than pictured

Customer service via email was responsive. I inquired about shipping standstill and customer service checked and responded. Unfortunately, the fabric is inferior and either plasticy or too thin and will become "fast fashion". I live in Phoenix where in our extreme heat polyester clothing is NOT your friend, it feels like wearing a plastic bag. I ordered 3x and 4x tops, the tops fit my fat torso, but not my fat arms. This happens a lot when the clothing comes from asian countries.
Fabrics, cuts and draping of garments were not as pictured. Would not recommend.
The site is great but the descriptions need to be expanded.
