Everything arrived in a timely fashion and was fine
One of the four items I ordered did not fit and so I sought to return it. With each email I received "offers" to keep the item (why keep it if it doesn't fit?) and receive a partial credit; or, return and exchange with me paying for the return and new postage of item to me; or, return for a full credit (the option I chose.) This exchange took several emails with offers that changed with every email. The last email contained this:
"Good day! Thanks for your tracking number. We will refund you in7 days after we receive the tracking number from email. Or you can contact us for a refund at once after the parcel is delivered if you want an immediate refund."
It confusingly sort of says the same thing.
I mailed the package via USPS and 8 days later have yet to receive notice of receipt or a credit on my credit card. While I do like the other three items I purchased I will never again order from this company. I just really want my refund.

It was easy to order. I received my items within 2 weeks. Though I used the sizing chart provided for each item & measured my body, some items are too small.
I ordered five ítems from Azzlee and never received them. I eventually got an email from them asking if I has received them and when I answered "no" they asked me to wait a little longer. That was some time ago. I never received them. Don't waste your money on items that you won't get.

Terrible customer service. I don't think I will ever see my money refunded, even after mailing the items back and numerous attempts to provide them with a tracking number that was easily visible on the photos and scans of the UPS receipt. Items are poorly made.
