The return process is a bit cumbersome. You don't get a return code right away as you do with just about every other business. You get options for a percentage off and you keep the items. If you decline that, they send you more options for a discount and keeping the product. If it doesn't fit, why would you still want to be out the cost (even though they would reduce it) and have something you can't wear? After declining various options. You finally get return instructions.

Ordered a few items. Sizings are my biggest challenge. One pair of trousers were great, but the tops I ordered (all the same size) varied considerably. Fabrics used were ok. One item ordered was not delivered. Have asked for the correct sizes and the missing item to be sent. Let's see what turns up.

Collar and fit is terrible

This was my first purchase experience with Azzlee of 3 items. 1 item was as expected, 1 item was returned due to fabric (not as described) and fit last item did not meet the quality expectations for the price paid. Their return process was the most cumbersome that have encountered. You need to make the request, then wait days to hear back and requesting that if you still want to return submit another request for the address for return. Once you receive that you are again asked if you are sure you want to return and if you return how long you will need to wait for a refund. To expedite you must communicate the returned item tracking number then lastly communicate the proof of delivery after the product is returned for them to issued credit. This was probably my last purchase, but beware that ALL internet ads for any web search will include ads for Azzlee on every page.

I had a very good experience, will recommend to others, and will purchase from Azzlee again.

Usually I wear size medium, but 2/3 items fit a bit too snuggly and I'm having a challenge arranging to get a different size. The fabrics are great!

Miserable could not get package to be delivered and could not contact anyone who could/would help just got generic letter and no results tried for almost a whole month

The store provides a great selection of very unique clothing that are both casual and work appropriate. I like that many of the styles are made from natural fabrics - cool and comfortable to wear in the summer.

First of all it took 3 weeks to arrive as it comes from China. I was not pleased with my purchase because the material was cheap. I emailed them to return it for a refund and they made it difficult to get the information to send it back. Finally I got the information and returned them. It's now been two weeks and STILL no refund! That was $86.95 that they are still holding on to. Beware of this company. Totally not legitimate.

Took 2 weeks to receive, was hoping to receive it sooner, we have such a short summer season.
