This azzlee service is horrible, I had to send everything back they didn't want to give a return address, I think it's shady that they don't have a customer service phone line,and trying to get a refund from this place is almost impossible I had to pay to return the items after it took me 4 days to finally get a return address, if you're going to order from.azzlee beware THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHES,they also don't want to refund your money
Out of 5 items I could only keep one. All the blouses were way too large and I got the smallest size. I live the styles but they are made for larger women.
1 item was not available, was supposed to receive a refubd, still waiting. I agreed to keep all other clothing that was not correct sizing, and receive a refund, still waiting for this money.

These are not high quality fabrics, rather thin. And may be made for someone smaller than me in the hips. I ordered my normal size, and sometimes a size up, but still found them slim at the waist. Came in packaging with no directions on returns or questions. Don't have time to hunt down this information. Not convenient. This site was new to me and I should have thought of that on ordering.

I did not receive a notification of my items being shipped. I contacted them by email and asked them if there was a problem with my order. I got and email saying 2 of the shirts I ordered were out of stock. I replied just send me the ones I ordered in stick. A week went by nothing happened so I sent an email to cancel my order

Items were too small and exchange sizes were unavailable. Not a very smooth, easy return experience. Lots of options given by the Seller to encourage me to keep the items which I appreciated but I didn't accept. Doesn't do much good to keep a discounted item if it doesn't fit. Return expense was on my dime which is not a positive experience from an Amazon Prime Free Delivery/Return Customer, which I am. Unfortunately I will not order from this company again because of Return Expense.
Difficult and dissatisfying. I tried to return a pair of pants and it was impossible. You have to get authorization to make a return and it didn't work. Now I'm stuck with a pair of pants that don't fit me!

This whole debacle has been annoying. The tracking didn't work, the dress was awful, and I sent half as much of the cost of the dress on shipping to and from me. Never again for me with this company - or frankly any Chinese company. Two times and three companies I've ordered from. The merchandise and return process is sketchy and the merchandise quality is awful. The pictures look great and I got sucked in. Never again.
