.My purchasing experience online was absolutely fine. The item I purchased was received in a timely fashion. But the item I received was not, not what was pictured on their website. I contacted Azlee to get a refund for the item, they we're supposed to send me the return address as is indicated on the packaging, where I could send the unwanted item for a return, it has been more than three weeks and still no email with the return address information. I'm very disappointed.

It is just like an order I got from Lightinthebox. It would cost hundreds of dollars to return so that is why I sent an email (option #1) to you to be refunded 50% of order.

I checked the customer feedback on the Azzlee website and found there to be only positive comments. However, when I checked the internet (outside of Azzlee) for Azzlee reviews, I was inundated with so much negative. The feedback outside Azzlee supported my experience.
I've tried to find a way on the Azzlee website to schedule a return of all my products. It is nearly impossible to find. Customers indicated the same experience and that they won't return your full investment in their products. There is a return policy which says nothing about receiving only a portion of your money back.
Customer satisfaction is important per Azzlee's website. I want a full refund and an easy way to return these items. I cannot wear these items at all.
