Took 3 weeks to receive. The sizing guide is not accurate on the dress I ordered. The fabric on the shirt was like what you get with costumes! When requesting return they made multiple offers to discount if I would keep, or gift card! The items don't fit, why would I keep. You pay for return shipping and must follow every instruction to get a refund that is supposed to take at least 8 days! Use PayPal to protect yourself.

The medium size top with the red flowers is okay, slightly tight compared to the medium size of the other top.
The medium size white top with long sleeves and mauve flowers is not what I ordered.

I purchase on line regularly and this is the worst experience I've ever had. There was no paperwork with the order and no return facility, despite a 30 day return policy being advertised. There should be a label as well as a free post code. At the very least, I should be able to phone or email to make arrangements. If I'd read the on line comments before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered despite the attractive clothes.
Disappointed in the poor quality of items. Materials not clearly described, and items not all same as the pictures shown.
