I was shopping on Amazon and when I put the first order in, my order dropped to the Azzlee site, which I was not aware of at the time. I do not order many clothes online because it is difficult to predict the size or fabric you might get. I am hoping I will be able to make a return of one item for refund, but that will define whether I will use them again. They made it easy to purchase, but I go back to sites where they make it just as easy to return an item. Most places send a return label inside the package but Azzlee did not have that option.
I was so excited to find this website. Apparently, it's just a pretty picture to get you interested in giving them your credit card information. Still waiting on my refund of three dresses - one of which I received and two of which I never received. So disappointing and I'll not do the same again.

Web experience was difficult. Items selected as "love" were automatically put in cart and it was difficult to correct. Web showed I had 3 orders instead of1. Never received notice of shipment until I inquired 2 weeks after ordered. Response also informed me that one item was not available. Azzlee failed web experience, communication and product.

Clothes are not as portrayed in the pictures,.ade from scratchy material and were see through. Not recommended.
They took a long time to arrive. One they said out of stock...no refund yet, although requested. The other top arrived today.
When I ordered the blouse I was not informed that the item was out of stock. I contacted Azzlee after 20 days or so to find out what happened to my order. I was informed that the item was out of stock and wouldn't be available for some time so I was given the option to cancel the order or exchange it for another top. I choose to cancel the order. If I knew the item was out of stock at the beginning I would have looked for something else. It would be a good idea to let customers know when an item is out of stock from the git-go. Thank you
