I find the product material is not nice whatsoever may look nice in the pictures, but you can order the same quality off the Timu app would not order again

The advertisement pictures gave an impression of materials, shapes, and workmanship that is far from the real product that came - what I received were synthetic, irregular in size and shape products that looked like they were poorly made by hand and stretched out of proper proportions.

Overall very dissatisfied. I ordered items on August 18th and never received my items. I am attempting to obtain a refund. I question if this is a legitimate company.

My order came quickly. The clothes are adorable- like the photo. Fabric is good quality, stitching is right. The leggings are for later in the season. Can't wait! The shirt is already a favorite.

They work on back and forth apologetic emails offering various discounts...but no return address. Keep saying postage would be too high so better you accept whatever discount they offer. Hang in there as discount increases, although with postage costs paid you lose!

Good no problems shipping no problems online, i would buy again.

It is alittle hard trying to return the clothes. So take the time to measure yourself. Also be patient with shipping. It takes a couple of weeks.

Was very disappointed. The tops were made out of 100% rayon which was not disclosed prior to buying. Rayon shrinks even if you wash it in cold water unless it has been preshrunk. Didn't want to end up with already super thin fabric that was too small after first wash. The fabrics on the other two outfits were similar. The greys didn't match. I wanted to change up pants and tops. Not possible

The tops I ordered and brought look nothing like the ones in the photos.

The order came in fairly good time. However, the shirts are poorly constructed. And not consistently sized. I ordered 3X and three of the shirts are not that size. Well, they fit snug and not as anticipated.
Your photos are misleading. The fabric is very thin. One of the photos suggests a double layered top, only a single layer arrived. One shirt if shorter than anticipated. Overall very let down. WIll not be ordering again.

However, will say that customer service was very helpful when i had a problem with order initially. THey responded to my email quickly and got issue resolved. So...A for that.

The looks of the shirts are creative and fun. The reality of the shirts is not.

Responded to my emails within a reasonable amount of time. Took a while to get my order but worth the wait! ALL items are true to size and I love everything I have purchased.

Nothing was as pictured or what I expected.

Very good except I would like to see the back of all clothing. Hopefully this service will continue because I will be ordering again.

The design and cut of the jacket is as I would have hoped and expected. The buttons are beautiful NPD good quality.
The quality of the material of the material substandard unfortunately.

Seem to take forever to receive items. A couple of things I would have liked to return, but, NO RETURN LABELS. Fabrics was not what I expected.
