Clothes are not same colors as shown on website. Sizes run big
It was easy, items are not as pictured ie shorts are verybasic and plain cotton, no stretchiness at all.
Almost every item i got was too small even when i ordered 2 or 3 sizes larger than i typically wear. For this reason i won't reorder from them, which is unfortunate because they have really cute things.
Also no instruction on how to return items.
The pictures of the models are the only sized people who should buy their clothing.
I did receive the items I ordered.
That was a relief.
If the company would use better quality fabric I do think people would order and word would spread. The designs of the clothing are great that's why I ordered.
However the sizing runs small which would have. Even helpful to know.
The fabric is the issue …it makes what should be a cute top look cheap. Such a shame that you don't capitalize on improving the fabric quality and you would have more repeat customers who give good reviews.

I did not receive one of the items I ordered. It was out of stock. Customer service refunded my money for that item without hesitation.
One of the items was not what I expected, but, still fine.
The shirts are not good quality, however on the plus side, delivery was very timely.

Poor quality and did not look like the original photo.
Ordered something in Aug. Told me it shipped and still waiting! They sent me email asking to review product and if I didn't receive, to email a different address! They know I have not received it yet, so why are they sending me second notice to review their product?
Poor fabric… was disappointed… thought it would be a cotton type of sweat shirt…
They dont like to take returns.

The photo looks like the dress has pleats and is fluid. The pleats are printed on the fabric. Looks real chintz.
