To return things you need to contact them via email, they will try anything to get you not to return items, customer pays for mailing of return then you must give Azzlee tracking number and what carrier you used to send back, haven't heard yet if they received the returned items so I will see how rest of return process goes

It is a very nice shirt very comfy nice material. Fast delivery very happy with everything.

Wasn't happy with the customer service back and forth (for the items I wanted to return).

I can live with all but one of my items. Not overly satisfied. Shipping tracking was horrible.
Their return policy is a joke. I can return item at my cost and the refund minus their shipping cost or keep the the item and they refund 40% of what I paid for it.

Delivery was okay. However, the sizing chart supplied by the shopping site was hopelessly incorrect. The clothes I ordered were too small.
I am unlikely to order via Azzlee ever again.

I ordered 2 of these dresses for my wedding. Paid for expedited shipping. Payment was processed on the next business day. They did not arrive in the time frame they were suppose to. I reached out to Customer Service by email (could not find a phone number) and it took almost a week to hear back. I was told that these were popular and had been out of stock for a good while. They told me they could refund me the difference between regular shipping and expedited shipping & ship the dresses when they had more in stock. I let the know I wanted a full refund. I had to email them several times about my refund, the response I got was to please be patient, they were working on it. They apologized for any inconvenience. I FINALLY got my refund, just shy a few days of waiting for a month! I would NOT recommend doing business with a company that processed payment, for an item they had no inventory on, then had me wait almost a month to be refunded. This was my first time trying to do business with them. Never again ~

I really love the style and the dress was beautiful but the sizing was way to small and that was even taking measurements. The process for exchange or refund is abysmal. I doubt I will shop with this company again.
Also show more photos with different angles and close up details. Also a description of the fabric please.

The items were nothing like on the site very miss leading. To return my items will need to be sent to USA even though there is a Australian address but apparently they don't except returns. Will never order from this site again.
