I love the look of the clothes. I ordered and was excited to receive my new clothes to find out I ordered wrong size. I tried to return the item and it took 3 weeks for a response. Once the exchange happened it took a month and half to receive new sizes and a lot emails back and forth. Never again will I be purchasing from this company

When enquiring about returning the dress as it was nothing like the picture, i was told i would have to send it back to the USA at my cost.
They did offer a 30% refund and i could keep the dress but no one wanted it as it is awful.

Clothes are ok just very much on the small size. Fabrics is pretty but for one pair of pants they were polyester and that's what I am trying to get away from

The dresses were a bit too small, but lovely fabric and styling. Customer Service responded promptly and helped me secure a resolution. I will be purchasing more items in the future and adjust the sizing to fit my figure.
Great customer service. I didn't pick up my order on the afternoon it arrived at post office and customer service officer contacted me to let me know it was available to collect. Kind friendly and very professional service!
The item arrived from NY. Per the shipping label. It was poor quality and the size was incorrect. In order to return it they advised me via email that I needed to return it to China via UPS and email them with a tracking number. Once received I would get a refund less the amount of the original shipping charge that the vendor paid to ship to me.
