My order was returned to Azzlee because of incomplete address. The problem was the address was a jumbled mess and post office couldn't process it. Now, I'm told that I can have the order resent but there will be a $9.99 shipping fee added. And, if I want a refund, there will be a $9.99 shipping fee deducted from the total amount.
This has been going on for several weeks. If it looks too good to be true...

I was very disappointed as the styles looked lovely but neither top fitted. My size 14 daughter fitted into the top of the 20/22 but the bottom was too large. I am going to unpick the 3X top and see if I can re-jig the sleeves. I have agreed to accept a 30% refund rather than return the items to the USA.

You sent me two tops that were extra large, in spite of the fact that I had ordered both of them in medium. So I had to pay $10 for you to ship me the wrong sizes.
