Need to return goods very time consuming. Please advise what I need to do

Postal pickup extremely slow. I order a lot on line. Your service is by far the slowest. Don't think it's post office fault as the tracking numbers you sent do not match pistol tracking numbers. You will lose a lot of business if this is typical delivery service. Sweater is decent

I am trying to return part of my first order. The clothes were too large and requested return address. In the meantime I reordered smaller sizes. I'm satisfied with most of them. I would appreciate being able to return first order and get my refund. Any suggestions? Can you help?

I ordered 4 items and only 3 have been delivered with no reference to the undelivered item. I am currently unsure if it will come later or at all.

Colors in sweater were not the same as photo online. Upon return which I still have not received my money credited back yet is a long process. Quick to take money, slow to return and product was not good color match.

Really cute. Top is a little thin, but a light tank top under works fine. I'm happy with the order- thanks again.:-)

I found just what I wanted and purchased it with ease.

Sizing out by about 4 sizes. Awful colours, cheap fabrics. Could not recommend.

Site user friendly. Received my blouse in a timely basis.

Easy to navigate and good shipping price. But the sizing is all wrong. I'm normally a Large, but chose extra large to be in the safe side. The top is to sleep for me to even put on.

Customer service was attentive and did not blow me off, like some of these other overseas companies have. Instead of returning the 3 items, they asked me to cut the onesie into pieces and send a picture. Probably not worth the cost to provide a prepaid return label to china, but to go to the extent of having me destroy the item is a little too much in my opinion.

Took forever to get my order confirmation and delivery. Attempt to return immediately was a very difficult process and met with countless obstacles and multiple emails. Very difficult to get permission to return and address to send back. Offers to keep merchandise at a discount with the threat that refund may not be issued until merchandise is inspected and cost up return is "very high". Will never use this company again.

Quality not very good. Was disappointing. Misleading in pictures.

Will not be shopping there again. Sizes were questionable for each item. Quality differed for each item. Ended up being too expensive. Lesson learnt...

Fine. Everything was wrapped nicely. The pants don't fit. Not what I thought. Want to return.

Have asked for refund for the 2 items not received and have heard nothing so far.
