I was very leary of using your site to order, I recently was frauded and since I didn't know your site felt I might have been a fool to try it. When you announced the dress wasn't available and you would refund me up to 3 weeks later, I was sure yep I was a fool. I let it go, and decided never to order from unknowns again BUT true to your word and way ahead of time my money was fully refunded. I will definitely look at your selections again in the future and not worry about your honesty and good business practices. Thank you for that!

Dress arrived in time but I was very disappointed with the dress. Both the dress & postage were expensive. It looked like a floaty material but it is shiny with no give in the fabric & there's no shape to the dress. It's straight up & down with a big frill at the bottom. Not my best buy.
Terrible, all I wanted to do was return the items because they did not fit. But NO you cannot do this. You have to spend an awful lot of money to post said items to the USA. Not on people, this came from Australia, why can't you deal with this in Australia. Anyway I have accepted a 70% refund and I will sell the shirts on. I emailed 14/11/23 when I received 3 of the tops that they didn't fit and that I wanted a refund. I have not received the fourth top as yet. I imagine that i will have the same issue with the size. I have not received a response regarding my request for a refund. Not happy.
Hands down the absolute worst clothing I have ever purchased. Bought quite a few things and they turned up looking nothing like the pictures, about 6 sizes too small and the fabric was absolutely horrible. They refuse to send me a shipping label and even after stating they are located in Australia they are actually located in the USA. They are saying I need to pay for return shipping but I can tell you that is NOT going to happen. Please do not buy from this company, it is cheap Chinese rubbish.
