The delivery of the items and the clothing was great but the exchange service was terrible.

Tracking message said items were delivered. They were not! Sent them an email to inform them of action they said was incorrect. If remedy is not performed I will label them as being a fraudulent business, or internet scammer.

I can't comment on the quality of the product as I have yet to receive it. If I'd known it was coming from China I would never have ordered from this company. Maybe be more up front about that. And also wait till the product has arrived before sending this type of email.

Very flimsy fabric, not good sizing across the shoulders and no cuff to edges of arms, no scalloped hem as photo suggests.

Items on Facebook looked lovely and I am relatively pleased with what I received. In the case of the multi coloured top and the dark blue pants I didn't feel the items were of the same quality as seen on the ad. Delivery very was quick.

So far, the customer service has been good and the designs are interested. Need more clarification re the fabric.

It's impossible to pick every item to be a perfect fit, so there will always be returns. Items sometimes appear different than they look online also. The return process is difficult, so I won't be ordering anything from this company again.

What I received does not look like the picture shown. I would not give this as a gift, would like to return.

Despite using their size guide, all items were too small. This company is deceptive in their returns policy. You find out that, despite the clothes being sent from within Australia, they have to be returned to the USA. The only alternative offered is to keep the goods and get a small portion of your payment back, even though you can't wear the clothes. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Easy site to use, I felt the styles shown were well selected and suitable for different age groups. I have not brought clothes on line much but this experience made me feel less worried about doing so. There is such limited choice in local shops and all of it seems designed for the very young. The clothes for people my age seem disproportionately expensive.
