I ordered a throw for a Christmas gift... 4 weeks later I still do not have it and when I attempted to email all of a sudden their inbox is full and they can't accept emails. PayPal sent my money even though the product has not shipped... not supposed to! I think it's because the company puts out a fake tracking #. I have filed a claim with PayPal, but not sure if I will get the refund. Unfortunately I am just now reading the reviews and feeling like a fool... there are so many describing my exact situation and worst of all saying how horrible the products are. Stay away from engaging with this company.

I recently received my order, however what I received was of such poor quality, did not even look close to the picture on the website and didn't fit my King. Trying to get a refund and all correspondence has gone unanswered. I wish I had done my research before ordering, boy did I learn a lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are from China and the product you receive will look somewhat close to what is on the site but no where near what you would expect.

I ordered 3 blankets for my kids for Christmas with the gaurantee that it would arrive in time for Christmas gifts. I used my paypal just to be safe with paypal saying they would not pay until product shipped. Well PayPal did pay and product did not shop. I emailed the company 3 times before getting a reply(only after threatening to notify BBB)on the 21st telling me product would ship in 3-4 business days and "dont worry." Company phone number is invalid.

I placed 2 separate orders for rugs. After I placed the orders it dawned on me to search for reviews and I came across this page. I immediately sent Azcozy emails telling them to cancel both orders. To see if they would do the right thing, I called one bank and had them place a stop payment on the item. I did not do a stop payment on the other. Even tho I sent both emails at the same time, they only responded to agreeing to cancel the one they my bank had stopped payment on. They only canceled because my bank rejected the transaction. The other, they never sent me a response to that cancellation request. I keep asking for updates on when my order is shipping (because I'm moving in one week). All they can tell me is "soon".
Do not waste your money folks. And if you're reading this after paying via paypal, and your bank has not yet processed payment, call your bank and request a stop payment. It cost me a $30 but Azcozy didn't get THAT $179.90!

I've not even received my purchase and unfortunately didn't read the reviews before I made my order. They don't look like they're out of China but they are - or at least that's where it's made and shipped. I order over 14 days ago and they're saying it's now being shipped. They are AWFUL with NON EXISTENT customer service. They'll say the minimal thing. I'm making a claim with my credit card company to have this charged back to Azcozy.

Tried to get help from PAYPAL, and they said they would refund my money.($79.90). But I would have to pay return shipping for this junk which would be $80.00 to $100.00. So I was wrong, no help from PAYPAL. Now working with credit card company. This scam company was well thought out. They know that return shipping to china from the U.S. is a lot more expensive. I asked PAYPAL why they would do business with this scumbag scam company and they said that they would now investigate them and shut down there PAYPAL account. We will see.

I got scammed too! I tried to cancel the order but was ignored. I paid via Paypal and they would not help me to cancel the order... I told Paypal I this is a scam!
Azcozy.com waited until I was notified by Paypal saying I did not meet Paypals criteria and then AZcozy acknowledged all my emails requesting to cancel... but was told it was to late cancel my order (had to be within 12 hours).
None of what I ordered, and paid $100, looks anything like their online photos!
Please do NOT order from this company or you'll be sorry too!
