I ordered from this company December 1st and Its is Jan 31 and I still don't have my item. Every reply I get from them is here is your tracking number, or what is the order number - All Stall tactics. I agree it is a Chinese scam.
If anyone knows how to get the word out in greater volumes to avoid this company I would love to know it.!
I think the state of Texas owes me a refund. They sell addresses that aren't physically in their state. This made me think that AZCOZY was a real business. I looked them up. They lied about having been in Arizona and moving to Texas. This is a scam from China. I'll never, ever, order anything with a TX address again.
The item they sent does not look anything like the picture display on the website. The "quilt" is a piece of junk. They are not located in Houston - this comes from Shanghai China. The return address on the shipping label comes from a vacant building in New Jersey.
The product is complete junk. Ordered a quilt. It looks like a photocopy of a photocopy that was enlarged and printed on fabric. Its tragic. Offered me a 30% refund and i could keep quilt. I want a full refund and do not want the product. It comes from china even though the site says texas and return shipping would cost over $100 the email is no longer active.
The lap quilt I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed customer service x3 with no response.
Don't waste your money.
The shipping was painfully slow. The product was of the cheapest quality. They had a misspelled word on the product (But instead of Butt). They tried offering me a discount when I complained or I could pay to ship it back to China. PayPal claim currently in progress.

Order king size set of bed sheets as Christmas gift, total $73.66. Apparently coming from China (literally). It has been over 6 weeks and still have not received but unfortunately, money has been paid. Expensive lesson.
SCAM -CHEAP PRODUCT AND WASTE OF MONEY - DON'T BUY!
I am always so careful to not fall for anything sold on FB. Unless I do an extensive search on a company and find something to back up their claims and great product & service then I don't even risk it. It is hard to believe that Azcozy can have that many reviews but then again, maybe they just add them in because consumers are not able to leave reviews. By the way, when I reached out to them my email bounced back because their emails if FULL. I should have sent the trash back but I probably would have spent money to ship back and never receive a refund.
I give this company a negative rating. It is a scam company. This company offered a discount for a rug, but when I tried to purchase the rug, the discount was not applied. I immediately tried to modify or cancel the order, but I was unable to contact the company. The company does not have a phone number and its email has not worked the four times I have tried to send them an email. I tried to stop payment, but they were able to get the funds and are sending the product. I would return it, but there is no way to contact them. And I doubt they would provide a refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered what was advertised as a comforter and pillowcase set with a gaming theme for my 10 year old son, I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift to go along with the new bed he received. What I received (about 3 weeks later) was a full size cheaply made sheet and 2 pillowcases for $69.99. I went back to the site to request a refund, however there is not actual refund option on the site. I had to send an email to request a refund, which took 2 days to receive a response with the following message: "Hi, So sorry for the incident. Can you please send us a picture of the items, along with your order number? We'll check your order and the image to find way to solve this problem. Cheers, Anna", mind you the order number was included in the initial refund request email. I then received a second email with the following message: "Hi, So sorry that it frustrated you. We would like to refund you 30% value of the product and give you a promo code to discount 30% for the next time you shopping with us. Please accept our sincere apology. We will find way to improve quality of our product. Once again, I'm so sorry for this incident. Cheers, Melinda". I don't want a 30% discount code, I wouldn't purchase anything from this site again if it were being given away for FREE. The products are absolute garbage, shipping is the slowest I've ever encountered, and receiving a refund is impossible. This website is a complete SCAM!
Bought rug - which was not a rug but a cheap lightweight piece of fabric, no use for anything. Paid (Aust)(conversion rate) $215.84. Could not believe the expense when I got my credit card details. Thought was buying American not Chinese. No use at all. Buyer beware. Would have given no stars if I could.
Ordered a rug that arrived 4 weeks late and was absolute garbage - really just a foam mat with an image screened on it. Went back to web site and reviewed - product description describes a soft pile, there is no pile... it is a foam mat! Do not deal with this company - website appears to be company from Texas - it is from China.
Purchased the Mermaid "rug"@ a cost AU $150! The item arrived and was absolute rubbish. A thin peice of foam with a picture printed on it. Not worth $20. Very disappointed
I wished I had found this review site before I ordered would have saved me money, frustration and aggregation! This is definitely a scam worse product I ever ordered, took several weeks, not as described and can't reach customer service! Thought it was a company in texas only to find out its china! Paid over $80 for a cheap piece of foam with a picture stamped on it...
I'm orden a rug that arrive and was nothing like what they advertised I came with damage I'm try contact this company but don't have adrees to return it. Their adres in Texas no is true they are in China.
I ordered a blanket that arrived and was nothing like what they advertised on their site. Its a cheap synthetic bedspread that probably cost $4 with a spray painted on fabric design on it. It advertised as a quilt. What gets me the most is that they have no direct way to contact them and I want to return it. If you use the email address on their website to contact them nobody contacts you back. Their address in Texas is a sham too - they are in China. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and our State Attorney General's office to report fraud.
I was promised an arrival of a king bedspread on Dec 2,2019 nothing has arrived, their mailbox full and sent a bogus tracking number.
Do not order anything from this company. They are a total scam and should be shut down. Advertising shows nice things, but you will receive items that are nothing like the ones pictured.
I PURCHASED TWO RUGS OVER THANKSGIVING AND IT TOOK SOME 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA. YIU DO NOT GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. IT IS A BOGUS COMPANY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY CONSUMER AFFAIRS VIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE PRODUCT IS VERY CHEAP AND THE REVIEWS ARE TRANSPOSED. NOT A LEGITIMATE SELLER! DON'T BUY AND BEWARE!
