Very Happy w My Quilt
March 22, 2020

For $49.99, what do you expect? Yes, the fabric is printed, but the patterns are so adorable! A real quilt w that much detail would easily cost at least $1,000. And the fabric alone would cost us $50 to purchase. I'm glad it's a print so I can use on my bed w my dog and throw it in the washer instead of freaking out if it gets dusty. People are being unfair cheapskates to complain.

RUN DONT WALK!
March 13, 2020

I ordered a " rug", which was pictured as a beautiful sunflower. I got emails every couple weeks saying that the rug was being made, with extra love, just for me.
It finally arrived 6 weeks later.
I was extremely disappointed! It wasn't a rug
It was nothing more than a mat. A very poorly made mat.
So I returned mat... not to the Texas address, but to China! Cost about 30$ in addition to the 90$ for the mat. Yep, 120$.
I waited for my return. Never heard a word.
I'm trying to understand how azcozy is still in business. This certainly is not the first poor review!
So, honestly, RUN! RUN FAST!

They advertise nice pictures and the products that arrive are shoddy and cheap. Super expensive, too, with no customer service or email box to complain to.

Rip off!
February 25, 2020

Ordered two comforters, house and RV. Got two sets of sheets sewn together. One was damaged with streaks of red ink. The other was a poor quality silk screening and the wrong size for our Cal-king.
Attempted to return items, company refused to pay the 93.50 shipping costs. Offering only a 30% refund.

Scam!
February 22, 2020

I ordered a cute "rug" for my sewing room. I finally received it 3 weeks later and it wasn't a rug at all. What arrived was a thin mat. I tried calling the Printabel company to find out they were in China. So I emailed company and they offered me a 30% refund. I refused. So I phoned PayPal to try to get my money back. They told me the only thing I can do is send it back to China. By this time, I was furious so I spent $55.10 to mail back to China. 3 weeks later I received my box back stamped "refused" by the company. I guess now I'm out 89.90 for the stupid rug and 55.10 for postage. WHAT A SCAM!

I purchased what was advertized as "a bedroom set" but what I received was a coverlet of very poor quality, color and size. It took about 8 weeks to receive the order in a large envelope by USPS. I immediately contacted *******@azcozy as directed from the website to return the package. Their first email response requested me to send a picture of the product; a second emailed stated that I would have to return the package in the same manner it was sent to me; the other two emails were identical electronic messages. I responded each time but I've yet to receive a response to my request to return the package. I am totally disappointed and feel I have been scammed out of $80.

Scammed out of 89.99
February 17, 2020

I thought I was purchasing a complete bedding set king size. What I received was a piece of material in a flat bag. Can anyone respond that has had the same issue as to what steps to take to get reimbursed? Thank you...

I purchased a quilt from this company back on November 27th 2019. It was a Holstein cow quilt. It was for a Christmas gift. When it arrived it was the wrong quilt. Gray with patchwork hearts on it? Not pretty at all, very thin made. Prior to shipment, I must have received 5 to 6 emails from Brayden, claiming my quilt was in production, and he was personally tracking the craftmanship... to ensure quality. Last emailed stated he was looking it over, and it was completed. It would be shipped immediately. Sent tracking info. When it arrived, it was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted the company to tell them it was wrong. I received an email from Anna stating she was sorry, but it was the correct quilt. I then went thru the resolution center of paypal and contacted seller that way. All they could say was: were sorry and we can offer you 30% back, and 30% off another order. I told them straight out, I wouldn't be dumb enough to order again. So they could continue to keep taking my money offering up a 1/3 back of purchase price! I then received email to send it back if I was looking for a full refund, no address provided. So PayPal went to vat for me and got the address we sent it back... tracking number provided info saying an attempted delivery was made but not successful. Nothing after that? Apparently cant deliver to a bogus address? So today PayPal awarded me a full refund for their lack of ability to follow up! Thank Paypal! Very much appreciated!

They sent me a poorly sewn MLB duvet that does not even fit the length of a standard twin bed! They want me to ship it back to China for $40? Then they will refund me!?! Madness! I also paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive before Christmas. I paid a total of $65, and they think they're being nice to offer me $20 back or 30% refund! Laughable!

DO NOT BOTHER!
February 12, 2020

I ordered a quilt for my mom for Christmas, and it took close to 6 weeks to get it. I opened it and could tell without even opening the plastic wrap it was absolutely nothing like the picture. I looked all over their site and not one area for return policy, questions, nothing, so I'm stuck with an $80 quilt that's ugly. I'm highly dissatisfied and you should beware! There's other places to order from that actually care about their customers and take care of them as well... Acozy is NOT one of those places! Highly irritated!

The rug FINALLY came, but it is a piece of crap. It was not cheap either - $69. I was expecting a 5x7 area rug and instead got a 5x7 piece of foam with a picture printed on it that is totally worthless to use as an area rug. Literally a piece of crap. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered a dragonfly print coverlet with Sherpa fleece on backside per photo. Got a wrinkled up sheet thin excuse of a blanket. Was supposed to be a queen size, barely twin size. Fleece is 1/4 of an inch long. A fleece throw from Walmart gets an A+ rating when compared with what I paid $69 for. Paid through Paypal, took weeks to receive a package from China whereas their ads make you think merchandise is coming from Texas and they say "custom made." Pathetic company, did manage to get a 30% refund. Would have returned the merchandise but they don't want it either. With all the other complaints I found after the fact it is OUTRAGEOUS THIS COMPANY IS STILL ADVERTISING OR DOING ANY BUSINESS. Any secondhand store has better quality merchandise than the garbage Azcozy sells.

I ordered what was supposed to be a king size quilt and two pillow shams. A month later they arrived in a 12"x14" envelope. Thin, cheesy, cheap fabric, poor sewing and finishing, didn't fit king bed or king pillows. I wrote to them right away on their website email (which doesn't exist anymore), and "Melissa" said send BACK TO CHINA and they'd give me a 30% refund and 30% credit. I told them NO WAY. Their website said if not satisfied, they'd give a full refund. I sent package to their alleged Houston address, and it was returned with No Address, Cannot Deliver. This so-called company is a total scam. The poor pathetic bed cover & pillow shams didn't resemble the luxurious photos they advertised. I'll certainly never get my $90 back. Don't even think about ordering from this place!

This company Azcozy.com AKA Printabel is a scam. They pretend to be located in the U.S. in Texas, but merch ships from China. I ordered a beautiful pile area RUG with a coral reef design (See my photos) for $50 plus $9+ in shipping. I was sent a cheap foam mat with a digital image similar to the rug design printed on it. Besides the digital image, the item was NOTHING like the picture on the website. The colors weren't even the same. When I requested a refund, they offered 1/3rd the purchase price (not including shipping) and a coupon for a future purchase *eye roll*. When I refused that offer, they said I could only have the refund of the purchase price if I shipped the rug back to HONG KONG which costs $25!
Fortunately, I paid via credit card with PayPal and they offer a refund on return shipping costs up to $30. I opened a dispute with Paypal and the same 2 offers (1/3 refund or return the item) were given. Since I was getting my $25 shipping refunded, I sent the mat to Hong Kong, 1st class international via USPS. After a couple of weeks, the item was returned to me with a "refused" stamp on the package. Because the time ran out on the dispute with no response from the seller, PayPal refunded my total purchase price plus the original shipping cost.
Had it gone in their favor, I was going to request a charge back from my credit card company. The comparison photo I'm including is more than enough proof that they are scam artists. Even their reviews on the website are fake.
Please avoid this company like the plague. If you did get ripped off, fight it with your credit card company or via PayPal. Now I have ALL of my money back plus the fake rug/mat, which isn't that bad if it had only cost $5 instead of $50, and I'd wanted a bath mat instead of an area rug..

Burn your money instead!
February 1, 2020

The Christmas rug I ordered came today, $79 for what was supposed to be a beautifully painted Christmas rug. Imagine someone took a very thin piece of foam and Xerox to an image on it. This is worse than garbage. This company appear to be an American company, it is from China and there is no way to contact these people and to get your money back! The reviews on the website had to be fake. It's a government wanted something to do they need to work on these companies!

Get your money back
January 31, 2020

I would just be repeating all of the other posts if I were to describe my experience. I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I didn't receive what I purchased, if you didn't either then get your money back, let the bank sort it out, and put these scum bags out of business :)
