I bid on a tractor and win the auction. The bidding was seamless and easy. I called the auctioneer, made a payment, and look forward to picking up the tractor. I like to buy on auctiontime because most lists have a video or two of the items being sold.

The bidding process was fine. I'm disappointed and frankly confused that the seller requires a one week wait period before I am able to actually possess the equipment I purchased. It seems if a company isn't able to process payment within one week they have no business participating. I purchased equipment to fill a need, and that need is not being filled now because the seller is either incompetent or incapable.
Thank you for the feedback! We will let the seller know, but we have no control over their terms and conditions, including payment! They should have terms posted so you are aware any terms prior to buying, so there aren't any unexpected surprises.

I won my bid and then the sellers called me a day later and said they don't want to sell it that cheap so I got screwed over. Not a good company to deal with

I absolutely hate the new updated app. I buy quite a bit of stuff on auction time, but that will significantly decrease having to deal with the new updated app.

Auction site was good and realtime was good also. My only complaint is that it goes into unlimited extensions as last minute bidding carries on. There should be an extension I don't disagree but it should terminate after a set number of increases. How does a bidder know the site or the dealer/owner is t driving up his own equipment's. I won my bid but I with the last number I input.

TERRIBLE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have purchased many things over the years from this site. This is the first time I won the bid and the seller refused to let go of the item due to the price. There was NO reserve. Deal is a deal. $#*!TY Experience. Piss Poor... Auction was Wednesday May 28th... Item was a Trencor Rock Trencher...

At times it felt like the online auction has become such a common place, that some critical pieces of information were laborious to find. Oddly enough, had to read carefully to identify that I held the winning bid during the auction process. It seemed like in past auctions, I could see the bid history, which I never did find. And I was searching for auction terms - if there is a buyers premium as standard terms, who would I pay when i won the auction - seems like I had to just go with the flow more this time than I have had to in the past. I'm sure people that use auctiontime every week have these items down. I don't complete purchases everyweek, so too may items were "fuzzy".
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, bid history has never been visible on the Auctintime.com platform which is by design. Payment is made to the seller directly per the follow-up email received after completion of the auction.
