Complaints about unauthorized charges and poor communication from representatives are common, suggesting systemic problems in service delivery. I recently changed to the advantage protection plan. When I make the claim I was denied for 3 months. Att could not give the proper information for asurion and send you in circles saying you have to call asurion then they say you need to call att. They send you to the manager on the app and then they cut you off or have you wait then tell you they can't help. The store people tell you they can help you do a claim but not much else they can do. Then recommend you to just lie saying I lost the device because I was denied at least 12 times because I didn't put the right day the device was last used. Then I was told I could make a claim on tablet or computer but it was a lie I had to add hometech which is $25 more on top of the $45 for the phones! Just report them to fcc right away thats the only way you will get anywhere!

Frustrated Inno
March 17, 2023

Very disappointed that I moved to this network. I would conclude that less cell tower compared to their competitors in our area. I had not encountered a full bars. The most I can get is two bars. I wonder why! When I drove to visit my friends house, there was no signal. If you're in am emergency to call your love ones, you cannot rely to use AT&T. My regret is porting my line and I should stayed with my previous network.

You are by far the worst company ever. I wish I never bought my three phone with you or your service. If anyone is thinking of going with AT &T don't. Run as fast as you can. I was extremely sick and was working really hard to pay my extremely expensive phone bill and they shut off my service and I have a special needs child and explained everything to them and made multiple payments to them. It just seems like the bill never goes down. The worst company ever.

I was T-mobile customer for more then 10 years no issues. I switched to At&t just for promotion and I had very bad experience. At&t is worse company for trade. I lost my two I phones and filed complaints multiple time, Case was escalated to corporate office *******911. I gave them tracking # and they admit At&t got devices but disappeared in At&t warehouse. Today I got a phone call from At&t giving me credit for lower price Iphone not for I phone pro max 11 expensive one. Never trust At&t, they want customer don't care about the service. 0 Star for At&t

Horrible service
March 16, 2023

Worst company I have EVER dealt with. There has been a hole dug in my yard for over 2 weeks with exposed wires. I have called and spoken to at least 30 people about the damage and potential safety hazard. No one has come to fix it or called to let me know when it will be fixed. I have been told several times the situation was escalated, but nothing is ever done.

No remorse
March 15, 2023

Going thru hard times, my payment didnt go thru as scheduled, they then tacted on all charges within not even 24 hr expecting full payment. Called spoke with people that said they have no access for help. Been with them over 10+ and this is hiw they treat people. Better start being customer fucused instead of making the dollar.

Lip Service
March 15, 2023

After 6 months of being on the phone with atnt, every month for at least 45 minutes each time, they refuse to credit my account for a trade in they say they never received. Last month they told me they have the trade in and that my account is credited $400. They even gave me a reference number for proof. This billing cycle there is no credit showing. Their final claim is that they do not keep tracking numbers in their system for returned items. And as for the reference number for proof of the credit, "they understand my frustration but there's nothing they can do" That sounds convenient for atnt. So the conclusion is that atnt wins. And I'm out a $400 credit. Thus the reason I titled this review, Lip Service.

Fees up the a@@
March 15, 2023

I signed up for at@t one because our previous service was very expensive. Thinking at@t was a reputable company I switched and believed everything the sales person told me. Lower bill and good service. She did not disclose the activation fees the phone insurance that is automatically added on the first bill even though we are using our same phones and only bought 1 new phone. My first bill totalled over 400.00! I was floored I went to the store noone will take accountability or take off fees. I called 611 customer loyalty there a joke too. This company is obviously making bank on undisclosed fees.My line was disconnected because I couldn't afford to for the charges. Now there's a 40.00 reconnection fee added to next month's bill. How am I ever supposed to get ahead. I feel bad because I put my family through this thinking I was getting a getter deal. As soon as I can get out of this horrible company I am switching. The name AT&T is not what it used to be a great reputable company who had good business ethic. Make sure you aware of all fees and charges upfront if it's too good to be true it honestly is.

Zero Stars
March 14, 2023

I must have spoken with 6 customer service reps and 4 supervisors. I was given a ticket number after that 3rd call and the following 7 calls were due to a combination of regular customer service people and supervisors' interactions. They had to all be reading from the same script because they each ask the same questions. What good is the ticket number they gave me? The last supervisor assured me, "I will call you back in 15 minutes", and never got a callback. My ticket was supposedly escalated to a supervisor in IT. I had a connectivity issue. Then I spoke to three more people and decided this is going nowhere. I mean I knew it was going nowhere but I tried my best to stick with ATT. My problem morphed into some issue I never complained about. What a joke! ATT = ignorance...and I don't need to be dealing with ignorance.

I switch companies back in September because I was promised a better price and better service.
Service is horrible, they charge fees that they cant explain were they are coming from and the bill went up to almost $50 more the original price. And no one in customer service can ever help you because they have no idea about anything.

Good Scam
March 13, 2023

Terrible company. They send in-home experts to your home to give you a great deal, and then you realize that you were scammed pretty bad. I was a very happy T-Mobile customer for 6 years with $140 for 5 lines. When I get ATT Internet, an ATT agent came and gave me $132 (total after all the taxes and charges) for 4 lines deal. I switched it, but it turns out he was lying. The monthly bill is indeed about $200. When I call call center, they say I "misunderstand" the deal. How convenient. Good scam. Very rude and terrible customer service, too. STAY AWAY!

They lie a lot
March 11, 2023

I was looking for a provider with fast good Internet. I saw on their website that my house could be connected to their fiber-optic network. By phone, their consultant confirmed that it would be a fighting connection. But when the technician came to install an access point and router, it turned out that the cable was simple. I wanted to refuse the installation, but the technician began to assure that the Internet would be fast enough and will pull several users and smart TV. As a result, when I bought smart TV, it turned out that their Internet does not pull at all and you can't even watch YouTube. Very disappointed, it's very stupid to deceive users.
