They have this automatic international charge that I was not aware of they force it to be added. They charged me a large sum! Stay away! I closed my account the suctions service were all rude and unwilling to help

Should be a -10 if it was possible. We tried AT&T for our business. Please don't ever put your company through the torture they put have put us through. They DO NOT train their employees to assist on business accountants. The most ridiculous excuse for a phone company ever! Managed by monkeys! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T FOR BUSINESS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRAIGHT JACKET HANDY!

I have been a AT&T customer for over 18 years and every couple months my bill increased over $30 at a time. Call to get some help with this problem and they said sorry they can't help me even though I've been along time customer. Customer service is horrible, I'm going to Xfinity

In 2023 I decided to purchase the iphone 14 pro max with a trade in of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. ATT claims they did not receive it so were requiring that I pay over &400. This seems reasonable if they did not receive the phone. But here is the situation as explained to 4 various CS individuals. I am a Senior on SS and handicapped. Last April I fell and fractured my leg, was bedridden for 4 1/2 months. Have had ongoing PT in home and just starting to stand let alone walk. To date this injury has cost me over $4,000. As a result credit cards are maxed - major debt. So given the rise of this recent ATT demand is unreasonable. In fact Zi offered to make payments. I was in the process of working this out with an arranged call from a CS person last Tues. Prior to the call ATT suspended my service with ongoing emails and texts reminding me that they will cancel and the deadline date. What "genius" came up with this policy-the customer who owes you money has no way of talking with ATT to try and work out arrangements. In addition who suspends cell service of a handicapped Senior with several life threatening health issues and if something happens has no phone service. Forgot to mention, I also live alone. In addition as Seniors know we are paid once a month an a particular week and day. When I get my SS money I would be able to pay the minimum however there would still be several hundreds due.
Best thing to do is let ATT cancel send to collections thousands they will charge. But an example of ATT incompetence-CS was bringing this to a resolution and a win win for ATT and me but suspended services. I obtained phone service from another carrier.

Our 500Mbps Fibre Internet & U-Verse…
Our 500Mbps Fibre Internet & U-Verse went down right before an NCAA basketball party, where we invited nearly 20 guests & spent more than $500 on food & beverage plus more than $500 on a new larger TV. Spoke with numerous individuals at AT&T, including former AT&T Residential/current AT&T Business Service Manager, whom indicated he would call me back after speaking with the current AT&T Residential Service Manager, however, to no avail. AT&T let us down and, now after nearly 32-years with AT&T, we have to change providers to another service provider besides AT&T. What a shame for AT&T to not care!

This ppl are the worse. I cancel my service 2 weeks ago, and they charge me for the whole month talk to the manager and they said they couldn't do anything they stole my money. One of the employee Cody should not be answering phones and answer questions he don't know anything about any question that I asking and he does not help me at all. They like to steal money beware if you have automatic payment setup. Worse company ever. Cell phone service suck cable suck and the internet worse.

Have been with ATT for over 15 years. Had my 2 daughters phones shut off 2 years ago, at the same time had bought new phones with insurance for myself and my husband. Someone (per usual with ATT) didn't do their job and "suspended" the lines instead of canceling them (my dtrs) when we kept calling we were assured the bill did not lower due to the new phones we bought and the insurance. Local ATT store recently discovered the lines were never canceled but "suspended", both had zero usage which is what our bill also stated. Called several times inquiring to this. Continually assured lines has no charge. Local store said online has no idea what they are talking about. Found out today we will not be receiving a credit for the $3000+ they have stolen from us. Have talked to 7 different people with 7 different reasons. What an absolute joke.

Charged me for a month in Advance and wasn't explained, they said $0 start up cost! Charged me for one day! $85 dollars for internet, lied to me about when I was going to receive my cell phone, said one week and ended up being 3 weeks later! I will never use this company again! Setting the wrong expectations is just like lying to a customer just for business!

AT&T is getting worse every day I'm looking for another provider to replace them as soon as possible. They do updates on my phone at their convenience and give you absolutely no choice to refuse the updates. Then they change my settings and install apps I DO NOT NEED, WANT OR USE. I Believe some possibly several are Spyware. The latest update has changed my Messages app so that I can no longer see ANYTHING but the last message sent or received all important messages I wanted to keep this useless AT&T garbage has either deleted or hidden MY OWN PERSONAL MESSAGES THAT THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO

When I traded in my phone at the AT&T shop in September 2021, they told me that my Galaxy 9+ would receive a $1000 credit. Based on that, I went ahead with the trade-in. However, after receiving my new phone and sending in the old one, I was only given $350. When I asked the assistants about this, they created a case for me, saying that their back office would process it and I would receive the promised $1000 discount. Unfortunately, the credit was not increased on my next month's bill, and when I asked again, a supervisor assistant rudely informed me that they could not honor the $1000 credit because the credit for a Galaxy 9+ was only $350. This is confusing and frustrating because they made the same promise twice, both when I bought the phone and when I called to inquire about the credit. The supervisor assistant's response was unacceptable and it's disappointing that AT&T does not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.

I was out of the country last year for about 20 days and they wanted to charge me $100 for using the internet. I was outraged because I didn't use the internet (my cell phone didn't even have a signal) and I didn't request any international service. My husband called AT&T and said the charge was absurd for the reasons stated above. They dropped the $100 charge.
Well, I'm out of the country again, however, before I even left the US I turned off my mobile data because I didn't want to be charged again!
But to my surprise came a charge of $100 again because I was using my cell phone outside the United States. This is ridiculous! I didn't requested no international plans, let alone use the internet on my cell phone, I only use my home Wi-Fi! My husband called again to ask them to drop this charge but they won't! They said I need to keep my phone on airplane mode at all time the time! How could I know that?This is ridiculous! Now I can't receive iMessage which again is free when sent from iPhone to iPhone! This company is a joke! Don't waste your time with them. The service is of poor quality. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy!

AT&T at Costco gave us a written quote to move from T-Mobile at price 'x' a month and when real monthly bill comes, neither the monthly recurring charge, nor promos to move from T-Mobile to AT&T match the promised written quote. As a consumer, I have made at least 10 calls to AT&T, have visited Costco booth 3 times and none of them are able to standby what was promised - they all keep apologizing and agree that it was a mistake and yet no solution. I feel this is a clear theft and scam to attract customers to move from other telecom company and worst thing is we cannot complain to any legal entity. We as customers are suffering with service provider monopoly and they are doing these scams without any fear of law. They are simply thieves who should be behind bars like any other criminal.

AT&T is the worst company in the history of humanity and I would rather die than spend another minute interacting with them. They are completely incompetent and have bricked my phone for over a week while "submitting a ticket" which will take "48 hours". Two tickets and 192 hours later they are radio silent with no way for me to check my ticket without calling, which I can't do because that is the problem I need them to fix. Absolute $#*! company and avoid it at all costs, even with a gun to your head. I would sell my soul to Satan to watch AT&T go bankrupt

They just dont seem to either care or have the technology to do the job your paying them for. Just go with prepaid same cellular service at a much lower cost and same lack of customer service.
