All in the title, while I'm at home my service is so abysmal that my phone might as well be a fridge. Cannot call, text, or receive either while I'm inside my house. This includes times I'm hooked up to our wifi. Worst service on the planet, and I'm leaving for literally anything else as soon as $#*!ing possible.
Having been with AT&T for decades and retired, my bill just went up $50 a month. That is $600 a year... on top of the current charges. I called customer loyalty to see if there was an error in the bill. They basically said, "No." All promotions were ended and there were none available to me. In essence, they said --- tough luck --- just pay it. Why would I want to stay with this company? As soon as I can move to another provider, I will do so. AT&T... shame on you. If you had a minus stars rating, I would enter it. One star is too much for AT&T.
The service has been down for over a week. Customer service is horrible the service is horrible no one knows nothing and they lie about when the service will be up and running... So irritating I'm looking for another service provider this is ridiculous.
While shopping at Kroger two at&t salesman tricked me into joining. They lied about cost per month and that the phones were free. My first bill was $258. Second bill was 425. Don't be fooled by these salesman walking around in other stores
2 Samsung phones was collected from me 2022 to give me a $800 credit back monthly without stating which of the plan I must use, I use my plan myself and they suddenly remove the credit last months stating I change plan which I never did... Now after having my S21/phones they fail to repay me for my phones... scam!
Hi I was a att costumer for 6 years then a few months ago I fell I'll and couldn't pay my bill I tried to work it out with them and they said they couldn't help me now they call me and hang up I told them I am not working it out with them anymore I just want everyone to know how they treat you
I spoke to Ma Cristina she offer me a bogo promotion where I could get 2 watches I was going to pay one and I was going to get the second one for Free, I pay tax I receive one of the watches then I call coz I was missing the second one when I finally spoke to a vender to my surprise no I was going to pay for both I ask her to send me on email there was the promotion going on she did send it but they didn't accept it. To me the calls stealing.
Making you pay for something that you didn't even know. Lying to you about a sale. And I don't even want to talk about there prices $350 for 2 lines.
AT&T sold me a watch that is not compatible with my phone. After 6 months of trying to sync the 2 devices they finally gave up and offered me half off the balance of an upgrade on my phone. The sold me a $360 watch and only gave me $80 credit...will never recommend AT &T to anyone worst company and customer service...

To start, I am a Senior. And, I have two cellphones on a 3GB Plan with ATT.
5/8/2023 began a new Cellular Billing Cycle for me, so I normally check to verify the usage that ends a cycle, and begins a new cycle. Lo and behold, on ATT's app, they had one of my two phones registered with.27GB of data at 6:26am on 5/9/2023. I have very good internet through a different provider, and am always on wifi at home, or a business internet source while I attend to my errands. So, this could never be the case, especially when I am just rising out of bed.
I have contacted them twice to no avail. Matter of fact, the records at their website initially did not reflect the spurious.27GB. It only did so when I began to inquire and complain.
They are always trying to up-sell on internet, Unlimited Plans, Direct TV. This seems to be a ruse to muscle me onto their Unlimited Plan, which I do not need. I have seen where my late mother was billed for movies she had not rented, so I know if the core is crooked, the fruit is also crooked. I am blessed that I still am able to handle my affairs, so as to deter all the fraudsters that permeate life at this stage. It (likely) will not inflate my incoming bill as I am onto them. But, that does not change the fact that these practices of ATT are grossly dishonest.
It is to be noted that they will never admit their crimes against the Consumer. The recourse is to leave them and increase their Churn Rate!
Called several times about fraud alerts and got passed off to several different departments. At the end I still never spoke to anyone: just got the automated referral to the website. Terrible customer service
I purchased 2 watches. When I opened one it was as cheap looking. I called and immediately returned as I didn't want my grandchildren wearing garbage
I was told I would receive All monies charged back. TWO MONTHS GO BY AND THE WATCHES ARE STILL ON MY BILL. Had to pay activation fees 35x2 +++ ANDwaste another 1.5 hours on the phone. Train your employees VERY UNHAPPY. Even managers are marginal at best
This is the most frustrating company I have EVER had to deal with. They have foreign customer service professionals who they have taught to lie and appease so they can get you off the phone. They come across as really polite and helpful but Issues never get resolved. They just charge, charge, charge whatever they like, and never uphold what they tell you over the phone. If you have to sign up with this company because they hold a monopoly in your state, which is my case, get things in writing. Charges will NEVER be what you signed up for and getting any issue resolved is an uphill battle full of misinformation and countless hours of frustration. Run the other way if you can.
Every wk, and Month I'm on the Phone with A CSR, Discussing the errors on my Bill,, They have over charge me,,Added something without permission,, Are cut my lines of,, I have a business,,And i work off my phone,,, Its very frustrating to have to deal with this,, The CEO,, OF THE COMPANY NEED TO BE FIRED,, IN THEY NEED TO REHIRE AND TRAIN THE WHOLE,,,So everyone can be on the Same Accord, Totally Dissatisfied Customer
2nd time being with at&t fiber in 2 states. Both experiences are amazing. 0 dropouts from at&t, all issues have been national site specific ones. And what cable fails to realize is upload speed matters too, symmetric 1gig is the sweet spot for streaming, working and my Plex library.
Would like that I didn't HAVE to use their router, more so with higher speed options with the multi gig router not having passthrough. I have a Unifi network and can use sfp/sfp+ modules directly.
I did a trade in and upgraded because it said I was gonna give me $1000 credit. I talked to 12 different AT&T agents and spent 30+ hours over the phone to come to know that the couldn't track the trade in although I have all the documentation and proof of the trade in. AT&T is the $#*!tiest scamming company.
The price they tell you WILL NOT be the price of your bill. I am highly unsatisfied wit tis company and I feel like I made a huge mistake.
I was very pleased with the outstanding service I received from the Manager (Daniel) there at AT&T. He was polite, friendly, helpful and very ademit with his work skills. He was attentive
And kind with helping me in getting me whatever I needed to start up service with AT&T. I was extremely satisfied with the atmosphere and warmth he brought there. I don't know why I switched to Att thinking it was good but it was the worse mistake. For several months I had my bill increased almost everytime with random charges which I kept blindly paying for. It got worse this year and i decided to look deep into my bills.most of the charges I was paying for were not legit and when I decided to call I talked on the phone for 4 hours with nothing being resolved. This my bill was getting high everytime that I decided to change plans but that was even worse. My service started being slow. If you don't pay attention to your bill you will overpay everytime. I am currently working on switching this month to a new network. Bunch of scammers
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
