If I could give a 0 rating for this review I would. I do give it a 5 for the worst internet service. I've had to miss 3 days of work this month due to these area internet outages. When I call At&t for specifics and why my internet will be down for 1-2 days all they can say is it's an outage in my area. However, after contacting a few of my neighbors who have the same service, they are not experiencing the outage. I'm the only one in my neighborhood that has no internet service. This is getting to be ridiculous and inconvenient. I can not work and my daughter can not complete her college courses online due to these outages. I should not have to use my paid time off due to internet outages occurring weekly and lasting more than a day.
I have tried for 3 weeks to switch carriers but they refused to unlock my phone so I could switch even though they admitted that it was paid off and should be able to be unlocked. So now I need to buy a new one and lost the deposit I paid to my new carrier. Do not give this company your money. They are a bunch on crooks.
Supposed to install internet and make sure it works but I sat home 21/2 hours he said all good still have no internet connection and it is Wednesday now they say Monday another 2 hours of my time
They promised me discounts promotions, that magically dont apply to me, they were extra hidden charges, i traded my phone in, and i discovered if i cancel my plan i lose my previous phone and i have to pay off 1000 dollars on the new device. In conclusion i stuck with this company paying 25 dollars extra every month of what they promise and if i cancel the plan ill be without a device or service because they stole my $700 device. Terrible service by the way. No internet service in the city, by the airport, nowhere. Run away, save yourselves at least
I haven't been a customer for over two years Now. I wanted to unlock my phone I was denied for an alleged balance.(confirmed with customer service prior that everything was good no balances and 2 years without receiving a bill) Was on the phone with customer service today trying to find out why there was a Ballance they told me that I needed a passcode to asceses my account. Not knowing what the code was regardless of me using the same codes for all my other phones since forever I now have to travel 15 miles out of my way to my nearest store for verification.
Also, I was able to log into my account and view everything and when I told Att Customer service that I lost all access. And I wasn't allowed to update my passcode because there wasn't a number associated with the account to send a pin too.
The other reviews clear it up nicely as to the reason why I left. Don't be fooled by the alleged 4 star that google or At&t claims those can easily be manipulated. I don't have a proof of purchase because it was over 2 years ago!
They are very smart when promoting trade in offers.Dont need to say much but they know what there doing.
My internet which I have always had problems with has done nothing but increased. Not only did I get hacked bot now I'm at $90 a month and I don't even get good service. I contacted AT&T they told Br they would recommend a better service! Wow!
We have lived at our current address for two years. In that time the single bar of cell service has gotten worse with more people moving into the area and the internet has yet to work consistently for more than two months straight. I have gotten new modems, reset and/ or rebooted the device regularly, and been without service waiting for a tech or new device to be mailed way too many times. We kept it since it was the most cost effective for the service, but with the data limits and the increased use of data for our teens for school and personal devices has cause our data to exceed the limits that seem to have been set for a married couple with no kids. Sadly it is living off of its former glory as a recognized name, but completely failing to provide the service it once delivered. Next week we will be leaving due to the incompetence of this company and the myriad of issues we have endured with them since I bought our original phone service with them long ago when we lived in the center of a city with multiple cell towers and used a less expensive more capable internet provider. I can't support AT&T with my money if they cannot provide the basic service the promise.

The ABSOLUTE BOTTOM OF THE SESSPOOL! 5G MY $#*!! I HAVENT HAD A STEADY STREAM 5G Since I left that $#*!ing store! I had the phone for 10 days when I started being harassed that my bill was pass due and I owed 163.00. They charged me $20 for a screen protector automatically when I bought my phone. OK WHERE THE $#*! IS IT? BECAUSE I SAW THE $#*! REMOVE THE PLASTIC FROM THE SCREEN, but when I got my phone in hand, ITS A PIECE OF PLASTIC ON THE SCREEN! CHEAP $#*! MOTHER $#*!ERS! TALK ABOUT SCAM RUNNING AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! AND I JUST SWITCHED OVER FROM T-MOBILE (WHO STILL HAS NEVER GIVEN ME THE PHONE I PAID FOR!) ATT SUCKS AND TMOBILE SUCKS! ROBBERY AT ITS BEST!

I just called a customer service and they didn't have any answer of the question i asked. Very poor service and the person in the customer service needs a lot of training, they don't know what they are doing just stalling me and wasting customer time is the only thing they are doing.
My mother is elderly and she has At & T, her promotion has ended and her bill has gone up. When I spoke with someone last week they offered to go to a different package which would be approximately $35 less per month for her. I told the operator I wanted to review the options and see what channel(s) she wanted to keep before I made a decision on which package to decide on. I called back this week and the operator said that she currently has the lowest/best package. So 1 person or the other doesn't know what they're saying or AT&T is just saying things that are not true. My mom has been a loyal customer and it's always the increase of her bill that causes us to have to call, usually more than once. Obviously the last operator making notes made no difference.
Outages constantly, no help, no information, no customer service, absolutely terrible. If i could give negative stars i would.
As soon as you sign up employees from other countries call you and ask for your pass code and security questions. You can hear they are in a room full of people. I also could not get the install dates when I wanted.
The reason for this complaint is because i've been a loyal customer 2yrs I never once asked your company to change anything on my account. I hate when company called me and asked me Do I want to try new Products with your company. I was fine with what I was paying every month for my 7 phone That I was happy paying $8.99 for each cell phone insurance I didn't Ask your employee to try to save me money at all. I really didn't care about that.
But anyways, they changed my plan without my permission. I didn't ask for your company to change my plans. I was satisfied with what I was paying for 7 phone again I didn't ask your employee to help me with anything. I gotta phone call asking me. Do I want to sign up for some type of program for a $25 a month? That covers tablets, computers, TV, and game systems. That was it and I told them. Yes, I would like to try it. And that was all I asked for but you're employee went in and changed everything on my att account without my permission I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I deserve credit and you'll please get this bill straight now. Because that's not what I asked you out to do I asked for one thing and 1 thing only but your company just take it up on their own and do what they wanna do without my permission. Then I talk to customer service. Nobody can help me. I find out yesterday which was September 23rd that you guys put me on a $45 plan that I didn't ask for that. Would not cover my kids other 3 phones. Which I did not ask you to change anything. I would never ever pay $45 a month four on for line and the other 3 dont have insurance when I got phones That cost over $1,200. AT&T just traps people to get on to there network and then tricks with fraudulent billing and never responding customer service! Never again going back to AT&T.
Really liked it when my bill was around $50. Now it's up to $115 for no reason. I'm thinking off leaving now. No reason to go up $55 dollars. They are thieves like the rest
I switched to AT&T from T-Mobile due to a promotion they were having. It was GENUINELY the worst mistake I have ever made. These people are horrific with random charges on your account. I call them almost every month due to random charges and cancelations on my autopay that I never agreed to? Their customer service representative PURPOSELY hangs up on you and NEVER calls you back(this has happened to me a few times when I called for the extra charges that I never agreed to) Michelle one of the customer service agents being one of them. I have read the reviews on this website and noticed a lot of their customers are having this issue. It's surprising to me that AT&T being the big "successful" company they are, they treat their customers so terribly.
I've been without internet at home for 3 days. A lack of respect for so long. I've called AT&T 4 times and it's always been a little over 12 hours and 72 hours have passed and nothing. How can you?
Had an "At Home Specialist" sell us on an AT&T plan. We purchased 2 new phones and a watch...We had an existing watch that I was getting put into my name and my wife purchased a new watch. This "At Home Specialist" got all 4 numbers assigned to the wrong devices. NO ONE could figure out how to fix it, the "At Home Specialist", his supposedly expert boss nor anyone in customer service. We returned the watch and for some reason they have the watch but are still charging us for it. NOT A SINGLE PERSON on AT&T's end was able to help us. - Avoid at all costs!
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
