After my phone was lost, the Asurion representative that was at the Clifton, NJ Route 3 location was extremely helpful. He, as well as the AT&T employees even stayed past the stores closing time ( on a Sunday no less) to ensure that my situation was resolved as best as could be. I could not be more grateful
Nothing. I am very happy with the ease of starting the claim. I love the fact that there is an option for an insurance agent to come to you if need be, however; we chose to take it into a shop near us. The tech who serviced my son's phone was patient with him while he was trying to explain what was going on. My son is 11 by the way. He had it fixed and ready within a couple hours of dropping off. Just excellent service all the way around.
The screen saver and metal edges on my fold 5 had seen better days.

The gentleman that helped me was super helpful and nice. I had my screen replaced within 2 hours. He had such a good and positive vibe. He made an inconvenience (screen cracked) feel like a less of an inconvenience. I would definitely visit that location (Coppell) for all of my repair needs.

The gentleman that did my claim were extremely helpful and did more than I expected. Ive always had bad experiences with insurance and getting the run around but both were honest and explained everything to me. My policy cover the screen but no water damage and explained what will happen if I get have water damage. They also helped me figure out where I was going in Denver and wrote down directions while they worked on my phone. It was nice of them to offer and do that for me. Worth driving into Denver or waiting on the repair

Had to replace a screen on my s2e ultra and it was nice they had parts in stock and it only took them a 2 hours and 7 minutes to replace it back to pre idiot standards. Me being the idiot that dropped the phone
They fixed my phone. But I had to leave it at the store over night. Which was not what I was expecting. I signed up for the home service 1st. But they failed to come out to my home not once not twice but three times. And they didn't even call to say they weren't coming. I had no choice but to drive to the next town to get my phone fixed.
Phone arrived within 2 days of processing claim, phone activation was easy to do.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
