The technician showed up to the first appointment LATE and did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. He then left without contacting us. After waiting a week for another appointment, the same technician came back again. (I have a ring doorbell camera). After working on the phone for about 15 minutes, He attempted to hand me my phone with the edges still coming off the backing, telling me to just keep pushing down on it. I then had to flag him down as he was driving away because the entire back of my phone came off. He then spent 10 more minutes cleaning it out and removing glass, and was able to appropriately solve the problem. I felt like he was rushing instead of trying to do his best work. I was very disappointed with the service I received it would not use this technician again in the future.

Jon was awesome! It was my first time ever doing a mobile phone repair. He explained the process and went about his job getting my phone fixed fast! I use my personal phone for work so it was super convenient that he showed up early and was able to fix my phone in like 10-15 minutes. Explained what to do after and overall a cool guy! 10/10 recommend him!
I didn't wait long to get my phone looked at. Carlton came over, did what he needed to do and I left my phone to be repaired. It can take up to 2 hrs and it was done in 1 hr. You can't even tell it was repaired. Looks like new!
My Samsung Fold Phone has an inside screen crack, and my insurance with AT&T / Asurion was beneficial. I got the confirmation from Asurion and where to take the phone. I called them beforehand. The staff told me it would take 4 hours to repair, and it was done. Everything is working like new.
We had a damaged phone that we replaced through Asurion. Replacement phone was received within 2 days of filing the claim. Easy Peezy! Well worth it to have this insurance on our phone plan!

Firstly, I have to start off by saying if you are unsure about choosing Asurion over a third party mom n pop cell repair shop, I'd say Asurion all the way! I happened to try their at&t brea location and was extremely pleased with my decision. One of their representatives, Vanessa, was readily willing to help from the start. She was very knowledgeable, personable and overall a joy. I didn't feel rushed or judged—rather, she was very patient and went above and beyond in her service to solve my issue at hand. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient she was and also Asurion as a whole.
When you purchase insurance such as Asurion for your cellular plan, you never really know what you're paying for. Well, now i know; and thanks to them and their staff I got my phone issue resolved in about an hour—which zoomed by thanks to the gym down the street! Thank you once again for providing exceptional service and hiring some of the best staff I'd ever had the pleasure of communicating with!

I recently used the Asurion Buy back…
I recently used the Asurion Buy back service for my Samsung phone.
As my phone was in excellent condition, I was confident it would pass the inspection for the full refund of the $600 they charged to my credit card, (part of the discount program with Samsung deals on the flip phone).
I received confirmation that the phoned was received, inspected, and qualified for the full refund. I was told via email, that the funds would be in my account within 7 to 10 days. It's been almost 3 weeks, and no funds.
I'm down a phone (which I could have sold privately) plus the $ 600 they took from my account.
Be careful in trusting this company with any 'deals' they may offer, as it seems it may be leaning more to unethical cons, more than legitimate business offers!
& yes, I have contacted them multiple times, only to be told it's been looked at.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
