I have called multiple times. For the same item to get fixed. Every time I have called I had great helpful service. They have always been kind and got me taken care of. It was fast and easy each time. Thank you for all your help with fixing my phone.
The guy that helped me, Dru, was extremely knowledgeable about the process, which was replacing my screen. Dru was very courteous and respectful, and it only took them a full 1hr 31 mins, & the charge was only $35.

I have a Samsung 23S Ultra. When I purchased it in the Spring of 2023 I also purchased the monthly insurance that was available. I was hesitant at first because the monthly cost was about $17. I went forward with it and I am elated I did. My dog knocked my phone off of the window ledge on my porch and it broke the screen. I contacted Asurion thru AT&T and filed a claim. I took it to an authorized AT&T location and it was fixed by a very accomplished Phone Technician in short order. If I did not have the insurance it would have cost me more than $300. I would highly recommend the insurance!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
