Ive had to file two claims for my phone now this year. Both times we so simple and so fast that it was almost like i was never without my phone. When filing, the questioning was minimal and quick. Payment of the deductible goes right onto my phone bill so its not needed right away. Then the phone was delivered to my door in under 48 hours. Asurion is great and they take care of there customers! Thank you!

Some years ago, we were informed of an insurance plan offered by AT&T. It was a logical choice to invest in the plan. When my wife's i-phone was stolen, we went to the local AT&T store and filled out the necessary paperwork to file a claim. Within a few days we received a replacement phone. We were able to activate the phone with some expert technical advice, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you AT&T.

The guy that came out to fix my daughters front screen to her iPhone was amazing! He showed up at the start of the blocked time, he came to the door-didn't knock or ring the bell (like I requested due to dogs). He was very quick, and even turned my daughter where's my iphone back on. When he said he had to turn it off, I was worried, and stated I use it to make sure she is safe. He had it turned back on before I could even ask him to do it! AMAZING! More employees need to be like him!
We've had a phone issue for months and our phone provider 's Insurance is with Asurion. The process was so simple and easy, right at my fingertips- literally. Explained an issue that I had and within 24 hours a technician was at our door. The technician was extremely punctual, communicated very well, and was able to resolve our issue within 10 minutes. We were able to be home while the technician took our phone to his vehicle and worked on the phone. We thought the process was going to be much more taunting than it was

I did what we have all done -- dropped my phone and it had a crack across the screen. While I had insurance, I thought I needed to go to the one AT&T company store here to have it repaired. When I went online to figure out how to make an appointment, I discovered an Asurion tech would come to me. I work in an art gallery. He arrived in the selected time window, took my phone to his van, and brought it back 45 minutes later (still within the 2-hour time window), looking new. He was friendly, professional, and my phone seems brighter than before although the brightness setting has not changed. At a time when attempting to handle many service requirements seems to include unnecessary aggravation, this customer service could not have been better. I am thrilled by the service.

My 14 pro max is out of apple warrent it was going to cost me $250 to $459 to get my screen fix but AT&T Asurion insurance $50 for up to 4 lines protection I was able to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen fix at no cost I recommend AT&T insurance for personal and business account

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
