The whole process was easy they sent the return packaging through the mail, received it the next afternoon. I opened the packaging took out my new phone placed the damaged one in the return box applied the return address label that came with it and that was it. Very easy to do and hassle free.
After two attempts and several hours on the phone finally reached someone who was willing to help and not just wanting to sale something and my problem was handled in about forty five minutes and Asurion took care of it.
My experience at the at&t store on the Westside next to the neighborhood Walmart was great. Joy has very helpful and wonderful customer service. I would go back anytime to that store verses the one on the Eastside of Lancaster off avenue j and 20th east, The guy who helped me at that store was terrible.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
