My phone was broken and I call asurion and the operator was very helpful and kind she walk me thru every step and was able to get me my replacement same day. Erica The technician that came to my house to help me set up my new device was very kind and very respectful. I lost my phone. I looked everywhere for it and I couldn't find it. Finally, a week later when I couldn't put it off anymore, I decided to make a claim. The claim process went pretty smoothly, and the next day I went to my AT&T store to recieve my phone. It was a big relief.

Mike, the technician, who was handling my claim was very courteous, professional and explained the steps and what would need to be done without missing a beat. He had the phone fixed, sanitized and back in my hands in under an hour. Overall, that experience was delightful.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
