Went in and dropped my phone off to be fixed they gave me an approximate time. I went back in that amount of time and my phone was done. Had them put a screen protector on my phone as well. No bubbles or anything.
Whenever I run into a problem with my iPhone there is only place to turn to. I use Assurion. They have highly trained technicians of which some have schooled locally in the Long Island region. In fact the technician who serviced my iPhone graduated from the same business school for computer repair so I felt a bonding like a fellow classmate. The phone was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. It just so happened I had meaning to stop in the store for awhile and it was the right moment and very convenient location. My phone is working much better now thanks to Assurion. I always recommend their services and advise friends to get heir own protection plans
I have difficulty uploading and downloading documents. I am not computer savvy. Trying to get a ID photo was impossible to do.

Some buttons/ functions on phone would not respond to touching them. It was easy to schedule a same day appointment. Tech was even able to come earlier than scheduled which worked out better for me. Tech came to my apartment and fixed my phone in under 30 minutes with no hassle. Greatest service/ experience ever

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
