Even though I've taken very good care of my phone, I've had it three years and with the constant invitation from the company AT&T to upgrade I just knew my phone was over and done. The tech that provided the service call, the customer service that I received over the phone, was outstanding! It was glad to see that professionalism still exist in the workplace. It is a rarity that you see young people work with kindness, respect, knowledgeable, and just handling the business like they want to continue to pay a bill I tipped my hat to this company.
