When I worked for att I had great success with attaching this to sales. My problem was with u break I fix!
I cracked the screen on my phone and when i needed to replace the screen I made a claim via Asurion, which took about 5 minutes, and got my claim number. I took the claim number and my phone to UBreakIFix and within an hour I had a new screen on my phone and was on my way. I cannot let you know how easy this was and how happy I am to have my phone back and in working order.
My cell phone had cracks then black blobs then lines couldn't get screen to stay on it would go dark or glow neon green with crazy static.This is a business account,I panicked went to at&t at south point Beth accessed the problem called asurion filled my claim they checked they had part and said get here and they would fix today.They did no grief,no excuses,and they were so nice and efficient.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
