I had just purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max I had never had insurance on any of my phones before but I just happen to get it on this phone. I was changing a huge battery in one of my buses and the 149 pound battery slipped off, and the corner of it hit the screen of my phone Killing it immediately I thought the phone was done, but they were able to replace the screen and get the phone back into brand new condition and only a couple of days. I had my daughter's phone fixed. She had a cracked screen. We opted to have the remote tech. He was very courteous and easy to talk to. He made the experience very pleasant. Thank you for offering this service to your customers. The process was very easy from filling the claim on your phone to getting the repair scheduled. Ours was just one day out which made it very convenient.
Dropped my phone & shattered the screen and the very next day Asurion came to my home & did a 15 minute phone repair, despite the intense thunderstorm/mini tornado-like storm. It was easy to schedule, the tech was professional & my phone was fixed super quick.

I started out online to file a claim. But I was given a fee. But I had to call in for some additional assistance and called in to update the zipcode to get the services needed. Very pleased with the rep on the phone and who repaired the phone.

Needed my screen replaced on a 3 year old S22 Ultra. Was expecting a big deductible. Nope. $50 not only got my screen replaced, but the entire case and battery too. I basically have a new $1200 phone for $50. Absolutely floored. Only downside was the 62 mile drive from my home. Need more locations!
I received my Samsung Z-Fold about 24 hours after reporting an issue with my old device. The customer support for setting up the phone was excellent. The representative immediately put me at ease and explained how to insert the SIM and transfer my data in a clear and straightforward manner. She showed up on time and It took only twenty minutes. My screen was cracked on both sides of my phone and the side of my phone was dented in. I didn't know Everything was going to be fixed. Not only did I not have to pay for anything Out of pocket. I basically got a whole new phone. Both screens were replaced even the side cover. A new replacement phone cost about $275.This was absolutely free and I could not be happier with my phone. Everything.

Filling my claim for my failed IPAD was extremely easy. I filled the claim on-line and almost immediately received notice that the claim was approved.
I was then provided options for receiving my claim money. I made my choice and within a few days the payment was in my checking account. One notice from Asurion stated I would receive a mailer for returning my failed IPAD, but I have not received the mailer. I've tried to call Asurion to request the mailer, but getting information by phone has not been successful. I find trying to get information by phone very difficult.
My experience with asurion was great from start to finish. Very easy to put in a claim.
AT&T filed the claim, I dropped it off the same day the claim was filed and I picked up my phone completely repaired the very next day. I could've chosen to come back in as early as 3 hours, but couldn't due to my schedule. Thanks Asurion and AT&T!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
