I cracked the screen on my device on New Year's day, I filed a claim through Asurion that evening and was recommended to one of their service providers here in Fayetteville North carolina, UBreakIFix on Ramsey street. From the beginning of the claim to receiving my repair device the entire experience was effortless and absolutely amazing.
My replacement phone was shipped the same day. Very fast and efficient service. I did receive a different color but that is ok.

FRom the time l walked in your establishment there was a customer being waited on. I was greeted and told that it will be a minute. It was a minute. I explained my damages and in 5 minutes, l was out of there. I had to come back in a couple of hours to pick up my phone. When l got back l was in there not even a minute. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
