I dropped my phone and cracked the screen protector and my phone's screen. I brought it here and dropped it off while I went shopping. It was done in the specified time frame. With insurance, it didn't cost me a penny.

Went to get my screen fixed the rep helped me with getting my iCloud password and instead of taking 2 hours completed everything in 30 minutes was very happy with the customer service and the rep was extremely helpful. Very thankful that my phone could be fixed very quickly.
