Lack of proper communication, had me repeat tasks with my device that I completed during drop off upon picking the device up. Stated I never did those items, when I in fact did complete those 100%. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend that location to anyone I know. As far as repairs, they were good but employees need to be trained better on communication and professionalism.

She went through the account with me, explained all the different tools that I have insurance on and helped me get together. Everything that I needed to get a replacement. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
