I am beyond impressed with the fast and fantastic service I received at UBreakiFix by Asurion! My Tech's name was Darryl R. Yesterday, I opened a claim to get a free battery replacement for my iPhone 14, and today—less than 24 hours later—I had the service completed in an hour! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole experience seamless.
I'm also extremely grateful that I took the time to review the "AT&T Protect Advantage" email from AT&T, which notified me that it was time to complete a battery check-up. Once I checked the "battery health and charging" capability of my iPhone 14, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that I could receive a free battery replacement so quickly.

I came in to the store to have two phones repaired with cracked screens. We drove 45 minutes to have this completed as it was an insurance repair from AT&T. The tech answered all of my questions, provided guidance for moving forward, and completed the repairs in a timely manner (4 hours for both phones). An appointment was not needed and everything was completed during the time in which I ran other errands. Overall, it was a great experience with no negative feedback.

The manager of the store was very very helpful. I thought I could remember his name and I forgot it. The store is on Griffin Road in Dania Beach. I highly recommend that store. He is truly accredited to AT&T.
After repeated attempts to explain to one person at HTC on 501, I went to the main office to have them check the problems with my phone. The worst one was folks not getting good reception from me. HTC, on Hwy 701 recognized my problem and ASURION replaced my phone immediately. However I dropped it and cracked my screen in a few days after receiving it. ASURION made an appointment and their agent came to my home and changed the broken screen. Just wished that he could have come into my house to show me things that I didn't understand. It was a very cold day and I couldn't be outside. Very, very nice young man! Thanks ASURION for being on the spot for me!
My first time experience with asurion was great I been a ATNT costumer for 15 years and I never had one of my devices stolen or damaged. I bought my 2 kids the APPLE IPAD TABLET 13 pro 13 inch screen FOR CHRISTMAS 🎄 and unfortunately someone broke the back WINDOW OF MY BMW SUV and stole the 2 devices while it was parked on the gym parking lot. Lucky for me I have warranty and insurance. I contacted Atnt the following day and file a claim. Not even 48 hours later I had my replacement thank god. They were very quick and very helpful. They were on time. Only thing was that I had to pay a deductible of 250$! Which I thought it was a little pricey considering the fact that I been a customer for sooo long and never had an issue like this. I thought maybe it was gonna be like 100$ but it's ok. My kids are happy with their device and that's what matters. Overall everything was great 👍. Thank you 🙏 Atnt. God bless the whole Atnt family and staff thank u again

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
