At&t store helped set up insurance claim. Got a technician to come to my house,couldn't fix the problem after a few screen replacements so he deemed the phone not repairable so had to pay $275 for a new phone. Not bad seeing one from the store would have been over a $1000. But all in all not a bad experience and was actually Quickly taken care of. Will use again and I do recommend having the family plan insurance on all devices.
The technician notified me in advance and came to my location. The screen on my phone was broken. The technician replaced the screen and checked the phone with me to insure that it was working properly within 45 minutes.

My phone needed replaced, because my wifi would not turn on. I called Asurion to get it replaced. The guy I talked to, was really nice until I wouldn't purchase the other insurance he offered. He originally told me he would expedite my phone and I would have it the next day. It finally came 4 days later. I didn't sign for it and it was left thrown on my front porch. Back to the Asurion Rep. He tried to sell me insurance for my other smart devices and I told him NO. He kept badgering me until I finally threatened to hang up on him. He wouldn't repeat his name to me or it would be in my review. The guy left me pissed off with the whole experience, and Asurion.
My daughter cracked her screen and we filed a claim through asurion. Scheduled an appointment for next day and met Joel at the store to do the replacement. He was extremely nice and enjoyable to talk to. Je explained what he was going to do and even walked me through what the different tools did. After troubleshooting a minor issue with the phone he sent me on my way and the phone was ready less than an hour later. Great customer service and Joel even sold me on signing up for asurion insurance protection on my in home devices.
Walked in and service representative was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely did not expect it to be so easy to have my phone fixed that day for a crack in the screen.

I was panic stricken when I realized my phone with all my personal data disappeared. I felt like a Damsel in Distress impeded by inability to protect my assets. Once I finally reached the right person at Asurion, I calmed down and within 36 hours I had a new phone and was back online.
Having protection (Asurion) is like an insurance policy. Upon reaching Asurion they cancelled the previous contract and assured me that all would go well and it did. Thank you Asurion for your expertise.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
