I called asurion, they filed my claim over the phone. Found a repair store that had the parts in stock. I went there and got my phone fixed in less than 2 hours and it cost me literally NOTHING. Best damn $17 a month spent otherwise to fix my phone would have been over $400
Needed a new screen because mine was cracked. There was no cost with my insurance. They even came to me with the mobile repair option. It only took 20 minutes and my new screen is perfect. Highly recommend!

My son's phone had a few issues along with front screen having black out spots and cracked screen. They were able to fix in one day. Staff nice and will work with you. Sometimes there very busy when you go and sometimes your next in line. It's best to get the protection plan with your phone carrier, We didn't have to pay noting for his phone to be fixed. It was well worth the $50.

From the moment I called to check for an appointment to the time to the moment i went in person, the service was exceptional. The person who attended me (i wish i remembered his name! He had glases and long blonde-ish hair) was amazing, kind, attentive, reassuring and helpful. My phone was done in an hour and a half. It was great. There was also a subway nearby so I grabbed lunch and did work on my laptop.
The repair staff were exceptional. I enjoyed seeing their knowledge and expertise. Their customer service was top notch as well. This is a second time for glass repair on my 3 year old phone.
Between Asurion and Verizon Wireless … not sure where the issues began but I was to get a replacement for my damaged iPad overnight, but instead it took six days. As a result I had problems with my business sales.
I was thankful to have Asurion through Verizon since I would have had to pay full price for a phone without Asurion since my phone got wet in a river on vacation. The issue was that my address of 20 plus years was not accepted for shipping, and I received no e-mail or phone call regarding this. I run my business off of my cell phone and needed the replacement right away. Anyway, I had to call myself twice and asked for a supervisor the second time to see what the holdup was, and she claims they changed the address, and it was all fine that I would receive an e-mail within 24 hr., which didn't happen. I ended up logging onto the original e-mail I received which I made my claim and noticed it still needed a different address so I could receive the replacement phone. I would have never known there was anything wrong with my address.
The employees in this repair shop were great! The problem is they didn't have enough hands! I had an appt on both occasions of visiting the shop, mind you this was for a one time cracked screen repair. But the wait was 8 hours when I rescheduled the wait was 4 hours. These guys need help, or asurion needs more shops!
The claim filing experience was easy. Miguel, the repair technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and the repair was fast. Screen was cracked and replaced, no issues with repairs.

I replaced grandson IPhone and we wasn't able to get data service. Call the Verizon text who left message regarding what to do if need help to set up new phone. Customer service representative was great, patience and knows how to treat customers. She walked us through the set up of the new phone with steady patience. She laughed with us, she made sure the new phone worked with and without wi fi. She made a test call to the new to make sure that the new phone was connected and working properly. She made sure everything with the new worked properly. And she stayed on the phone with us when there was a hold for a few minutes. This is the kind of representative I hope to always be greeted and helped by. Thank you! Darlene
I went online, set up appointment, walked in hand to my phone told me 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours. Job done, very satisfied, very pleasant people.
Although I really didn't think I'd need the insurance, I opted in anyway. Then of course the phone was dropped and needed repair. Asurion made the process easy via the online claim. Followed up via email and gave reasonable options on getting the repair. The technician knew his stuff and we were back up and running within 24 hours.
The technician was nice and he only took 15 minutes to fix my phone. He also came to meet me so I got to get coffee while I waited, by the time my coffee was ready so was my phone.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
