Kyle returned to fix my other child's phone today. He was really nice let me know he had to order the part or he would have been here yesterday. He even was able to show up as my kids were getting ready for school (they're ages 10 and 16) instead of the middle of the afternoon. He knew exactly how to repair the not entirely easy s22 - it is honestly one of the most time-consuming and intricate repairs I have ever seen for a samsung model phone. He was pleasant and friendly as always, treated me and my kids with respect and dignity, and he was quite nice to chat with as he repaired my 16 year old's phone.
He is truly the best tech you have had in my very rural area in a very long time. Please keep him - without him we have no tech within 100 miles of my house on the mountain here in rural farm country Utah. I couldn't ask for better or more professionalism from a mobile tech - he is someone to use as a model for the type of service quality to expect from Asurion. He makes an excellent representative.
Keep the mobile tech you have for my area, his name is Kyle. He is super professional, very respectful, quick and accurate, and doesn't cut corners (he found and fixed cut corners made by the previous tech on a repair), and he is great at communication for appointment times - he is the best tech in Southwest Utah Asurion has ever sent. Please keep him! Seriously I have not had such great mobile tech service in quite a while - years - at least 3.5 years... just sayin'.

I had two occasions to use Asurion recently. One in October, when I had to replace my Z-Fold 4 due to the antenna not functioning. They were unable to get me a replacement phone by the time I was leaving to go to Europe the next day. I ordered a replacement phone but after considering not having my phone for the trip, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new Z-Fold 6 that same day. They refunded my deductible on the replacement Z-Fold 4 that they had already sent out once I sent it back. Then within a month I dropped my new Z-Fold 6 and broke the inside screen. They repaired it at no charge. I highly recommend this coverage on your phone.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
