This time, a home visit wasn't an option, but I was able to pick a store location close to where I was running errands in the city. The drop off/pick up is seamless and truly hassle free.

From start to finish, I have never had a more simple and fast experience. I set up my appointment for the very next day. Asurion came to my house and the tech was awesome. He told me he would have my screen replaced and have it looking brand new in about 10 minutes. I honestly don't think it even took him that long and my phone looks brand new and works perfect!
