I texted my husband, fumbling in the dark he knocked his phone off the charger. The screen broke, the phone made random calls, incessant flashing. I contacted Asurion. I wasnt expecting much. Imagine my surprise when I heard, " I can have a technician at your house on Wednesday to repair the screen.
The technician arrived on time. He was very polite. Explained what he needed to do. Then fixed the phone immediately in his car. He texted me when he was finished, I walked outside to retrieve the phone. It took less than 30 minutes. I am so pleased with this service.
