Top notch service. The gentleman arrived on time. Came to my door, told me it would take 15-20 minutes to diagnose. Exactly 15-20 mins later he was knocking on my door and i had a fixed screen. Couldn't recommend more. So much easier than traveling all the way to the store and waiting hours when it is 35 mins from my home.
Had my screen cracked for just a little while. So glad you guys are certified and trusted with AT&T.
The technician did a great job, I am satisfied with the outcome I'll say 90%, reason is he didn't have a back case with him to replace my broken one.

"Torrence" based in Houston was very personable and made resolving my claim a breeze.
I took my phone to an ATT Store to have it serviced. I didn't know I needed an appointment. The staff accommodated me and fixed my phone with exceptional service. Dustin who was my service technician is magical. He gets 10 STARS from me.

Customer service is lacking at ubreakifix by assurion in westboro ma. Borderline rude tech. Unfriendly and didnt explain process. Took 4 hours to fix when assurion says 1. Didn't charge my phone (gave at 90% returned at 5%) and returned to me in maintenance mode without explaining to me upon return. Acted like I should know better when It was my first time using a repair service for my device.
Niles was very helpful and patient with helping me get my phone to the right settings for repair. And he repaired my phone in a timely manner. Very polite 10/10

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
