I had called in on behalf of my son's phone which was completely not working. The lady representative who helped me submit my warranty claim and have it approved was outstanding in my humble opinion.

I had to a problem filing my insurance claim for over a week. No one could help until I called on 2/17 and spoke with Chris from Asurion. He was absolutely awesome! He was so patient and walked me through the whole process. He should train the other C.S. Reps I've talked to. It really was a treat to work with someone that went above and beyond to be helpful. That man deserves a raise and a bonus!

I've been with AT+T family plan since 2005, I called Assurion to get a replacement phone for my daughter, her iPhone 8 has a cracked screen, drops calls doesn't get texts very slow with emails, and overheats when charged, Through the years, I've ALWAYS had insurance with my family plans, this time for some odd reason, my daughters phone did not, which I was unaware of. So Assurion was not able to give my daughter a replacement phone. Even though I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, The answer was pay more for a replacement phone than you would going through AT+T for an upgrade, NO CONCESSION WAS MADE, VERY DISAPPOINTING, beyond that my experience was good.
I am with them almost for 4 years I really like the way they solve the problems I will recommend everybody to stick with this agency keep going forward
I discovered a cracked screen this morning and filed a claim with AT&T online. They authorized a repair and I chose a place nearby to take my phone for repair. I had my phone back in perfect condition in just a few hours. The staff at the repair center were very helpful and professional.
My son's tablet a five years finally decided to not work anymore. Almost forgot I had insurance on it did everything online but couldn't get a replacement tablet because it was so old so I got a check to go buy a replacement for him that came in the mail within two business days. My son was very glad that he got his new tablet very quickly.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
