I took my phone to the AT&T store because I dropped it snd the screen broke. Gabriel saw that I had Assurian and he explained the benefit and helped me order s replacement phone. I received a text of the order received, text on the status and a text when phone was shipped and easy instructions to return phone.
My phone was smashed when I dropped it on hard concrete. The front, back, and camera lens were all cracked. My techs, Bill and Ibrahima, at Bethesda UBreakIFix simply and easily referenced my Asurion claim number that I had filed with Asurion online and expertly fixed my cell phone with no additional cost. My insurance the last three years was well worth it. My Samsung phone looks and acts like new!

I was able to talk with Nathan today before and then he still was able to do what he said the next day and I was able to work magic first off. I came in to get my back glass repaired. Luckily they had my part. The in store repair tech talked me through the whole insurance process with ease and assured me the repair would take only 5-10 mins max. It sure did only take about 5 mins. I will definitely be taking my phone here next time it needs a repair!
I would highly recommend Asurion coverage with your phone purchase. As the mom of two teenagers, having the coverage is great. We have had to file two claims in the past 3 months and both have been extremely easy. The claim process is simple and easy. The company they use to do the repairs in the Reno market, UbreakIfix, did a great job and made the whole process seamless.

I dropped ny phone on a concrete slab and cracked my screen pretty bad. I was worried about the cost to fix it at a repair place when I remembered I had insurance on it. I filed a claim and it said they would come to me. I was surprised and they would come in just a few days. The technical called when they were 30 minutes out and then got my phone and brought it back after a short amount of time. They told me what all was replaced and to make sure everything was working correctly.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
