Scam!

My dryer broke filed a claim and was denied because "I do not own the dryer". They claimed I put a check mark on the claim form that I am not an owner. Who in their bright mind to say that you do not own the appliances and that you need repair? I live with my husband and there is only two of us. They said they cannot reverse their decision no matter how I offered a proof that we own the dryer. ‍‍‍ So I cancelled them. They took my monthly auto pay and what is the reason for paying them when they can just deny you that easy. So I advice you use American Home Shield instead. They register your appliances and easy to file for a claim. Asurion do not register your appliances so there is a loop hole there to deny your claim. I have a Kenmore dryer.

I'm not sending back my old device and expect a full refund. Yesterday was the worse experience of my life. You Addition not only sent me a phone that was suspended and was able to be fully activated, but also kept me on the phone for 45 min first call that got disconnected by you to a 4 hour call 5 different people to tell me that they couldn't help me in any other way except to send me another phone. However, today I'm flighting out internationally with a broken phone because my dad passed away. You Assurion is the worse experience I have ever had. At this time I have placed in the mail your ridiculous phone that doesn't work and expect my full refund back. You found away to double the timing.

Thank you for nothing except for hours on the phone for nothing

Took over a week to get replacement. Haven't received yet. I called maybe 8 times, hung up on twice after 15 minutes. The deductible is more than the refurbished phone is worth. I'm not getting this awful insurance anymore, what's the point?

Won't return my kid's favorite toy

Sent an item for repair and Asurion, without checking in with me, declared the item unrepairable. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are saying to just send it for repair. This one of my kids favorite toy and they just don't care.

I purchased a Asurion protection plan for a item I purchased on Amazon as a just in case thing. Asurion kept spamming my inbox for a positive review, so I left them a one star review saying that I had not had any misfortune with the product I purchased the Asurion protection plan for and therefore couldn't leave Asurion a positive review, because they had not done anything but take my payment. If there was a problem with the product I purchased and Asurion took care of it in a satisfactory manner I would have left them a good review for that.

I received a notice from Amazon/Asurion saying they could not print such vulgarness in their review section, my review would be removed and from then on I could no longer leave product reviews.

There was nothing vulgar in my review unless they feel the truth is somehow vulgar or are in the business of rejecting any reviews they don't like in order to simply make themselves look perfect to people who read the reviews and might be considering buying the Asurion plan.

It's not like I'm desperate to leave product reviews, but I always do and all I have left for sellers on Amazon have been positive and done in a timely fashion. I just don't like being accused of doing something I did not do is all.

Asurion have my vote. My wall oven cooling fan stopped working the day before Thanksgiving, I had a large Turkey to prepare for out of town guest. I called my First Texas warranty company who referred me to Premier Appliance. A company who told me my warranty had expired after 1 year, and they gave me the run around. After researching I found Asurion! Customer service and experience was superb! My appointment was made the technician showed the next day, explained what he was doing. He explained how to use my wall oven, and what not to do to keep in working according to instructions.
My technician name was Chris, he was very professional and I could tell he had years of experience and top notch skills! Thank you Chris, we need more good technicians like Chris.
I tried writing this review on Google, but it's difficult when you no longer uses Google email,
I'm hoping this review gets posted for everyone to read.

Techs came out twice and offered flimsy excuses each time as to why ghey could not fix a microwave that Samsung approved repair of. Excuses included... Need to order part, 2-man job, physical damage, owner not home (consenting adult was).
This is a sham. They collect money from Samsung but do not do the repairs.

3 times tonight an asurian rep hung up on me as I asked for management. With my insurance plan I pay to have my screen replaced for $30.00. Well today I got ready to use that service and rep A who I originally filed my claim with assured me I could use it. I filled everything out and then BOOM! PLEASE PAY YOUR 250.00 DEDUCTIBLE. WELL I called and REP 1 TOLD ME. Due to the pandemic I could not use such service. Hmmmm but I pay for it each month and asurian or Verizon do not have an issue with COLLECTING MY MONEY... as I asked to speak wo management... phone hang up. I call back rep 2 states that rep A should have told me my phone do not qualify... hold on now this is new I never knew my phone didn't qualify why is that... rep 2. Its too new of a phone... I ask to speak to management... boom phone hang up... call back rep 3 tell me... well sir it has nothing to do with the pandemic ( so yall reps lying now) it is not even because your phone is new ( 2 lies back to back) it is because of the phone that u have the reason you cannot use that service you are wanting... the z fold do not qualify for it it is too complex. Well can I speak to management cause you sire didn't mind taking my mf money each month in insurance and for a service I couldn't use.

I called Asurion to file a claim for my Samsung A20 which had an unusable, broken screen. As a 10+ year customer of Cricket Wireless, I had maintained the insurance on my phones with much satisfaction.
CHEVETTE was COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I love how personable she was, and she kept me smiling through the conversation.
I received my new phone, a moto G play 2021 the very next day.
I want Ms. Chevelle to know that I am rooting for her in her future endeavors and that all her dreams come true in her aspirations and goals in her life in her future.

This company is by far one of the worst I have come across. I was hung up on multiple times, there was a lack of communication within the claims, and I waited so long to receive my new phone. I could not even get in contact with anyone to figure out if my claim has went through, and the website does not help at all. The only man who helped me was named KIM. Thank you KIM, appreciate you.

I went through the proper steps to get my SIMMONS SD600 Snare Drum fixed. I sent it in and received an email that the work was complete and being shipped back. The next day I received a phone call saying they couldn't fix the part due to 'insect infestation'. What? I called the 1-866 number and they told me that it was a misunderstanding and the part was repaired and has already shipped. I received the Snare drum not repaired and stickers with 'insect' attached to the shipping label. I called the 1-866 number again. First they said it was due to insect infestation. Then they said that was incorrect and it was due to 'Bio Hazard Contamination'. Mary put me on hold again and came back with the final reason of it being scratched. That was the reason why it wasn't fixed. REALLY? This company is a fraud. The Guitar Center is going to stand behind their product and replace it on their own.

Horrible

Had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Called to tell me tech had an emergency that they would have to reschedule for following day between 3-5. Five rolls around, no tech no calls nothing. Had to call them to find out device could not be repaired after I waited two days for them! Also they said they called twice to try to reach me which is a complete lie. Now instead of paying 29 to get repaired I have to shell out 200 for cracked screen after taking off work twice for these appointments. Canceling service with them and will never deal with this company again.

Misleading

I signed up for Asurion when I turned in our PS4 to be repaired and was told that by signing up that day with the discount that my tech would be covered after 31 days if they were unable to repair it. Everything worked except the disc drive. I get it back on 12/28 as unrepairable and now the whole system is down with a hardware malfunction. I have them look at it again and am advised to file a claim. I file the claim and am told that I am not covered as this is a pre-existing condition since it was turned in on 11/27 (when I signed up) and outside of my coverage window. The manager for Asurion (Topher) then tells me the only way it would be covered is if I took it back to UbreakIfix and sign back up with the discount applied - WHICH IS WHAT I DID THE FIRST TIME on 11/27. He basically has me running around in circles to tell me that my tech is not covered. It is a waste of $25 a month as the claim will be denied unless it is something you purchased and broke after your plan started, which is not what they tell you when signing up. The only thing I can say is at least they offered a full refund for cancelling my account... that is the only good thing I can say.

Aggravated. Customer service very unhelpful

Very annoyed. First, the replacement iPhone they issued me is faulty and needs to be replaced. Stopped in vzw store and they told me to call assurion. I called assurion and the phone call was disconnected and the rep never called me back. I called them back and was transferred to another department and on hold for one full hour, then decided to hang up and call them back.

I called them back again (because I NEED a working phone) and was on hold for ANOTHER FULL HOUR and got disconnected again. No call
Back. Furious I've been wasting all My time just trying to get a working phone. 1 star.
