Apparently they do not teach their drivers how to use Google Maps because they said the driver came by and could not find my clearly labeled address. Then after calling the next day they are saying that the phone that they were supposed to bring by last night has magically disappeared and that they cannot get my replacement to me until Wednesday, 5 days after it was supposed to come in. Only use this company if you enjoy sitting on hold with sales assistants who do not know what they're talking about for 5 days straight.
Talking with a representative, I was told they would call me in a week. Took me two hours on the phone with apple to find my ipad which was sitting on some random apple store with just my name. They didn't even have a return address. The apple representative says "this happens all the time with that company" also looking at other reviews this happens a lot except for most the ipad is damaged or missing. Asurion wasted my time and money and I still have a broken ipad. Now I have to spend more time on the phone trying to get $99 refund and $50 monthly refund for this fraudulent service. It's fraud plain and simple if this "happens all the time"
I am being misled over and over you file a claim online and it states its under review, you check back and and there is no claim so you enter all of the information again and it states you need to call. When you call they advise you its under review "check back on line for status" You check back and there's no claim. It's a complete runaround. To get anything done you have to be persistent. You have to have a thick skin and listen to the lies. It's so punative and unprofessional.
Phone companies should drop them imediately, they dont honor claims, charge an outragious prices for a refurbished phone replacement. Your best bet is to use ur own home or rental insurance to get coverage for your replacement device. They are very rude. And claim to cover things then do the exact opposite happens.
TV was not working properly. They sent a "new" tv out. New TV had no legs, remote, power cord, etc. Of course, you cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. We keep sending pictures of the items and they claim they need more. EVERY inch has a picture taken and submitted. They always need more information to process the claim. Complete run around and scam. Avoid using them. Not worth the money.
They called me to notify that they were not going to make the appointment I scheduled after the window. And the soonest appointment they had available was next week during the same window. Notify me before when you can't fulfill your agreement to show up. I blocked off time to make this appointment. They show no remorse and intentionally have a poor and unprofessional customer service department. Mostly so the billions of dollars a year they generate will save them a few thousand dollars every quarter. This establishment is a perfect example of why we should all turn on big corporations.
I can't even begin to list how many ways this company is terrible. Just avoid them at all costs if you can. This company should really be shut down by the Better Business Bureau because they are truly one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my life.
Worst service ever. Don't fall in to their "service" they can hardly fix anything. And when you call costumers service they try to do everything not to cancel the subscription.
You pay your premiums for Asurion Home+, submit the required information and they deny the claim, it's not covered. I went up the chain to supervisors and it was useless.

Assurion is a good company with very good intentions. When they have an employee who is not knowledgeable, or helpful, that's when things go awry. And we all know how hard it is to get good help today!
My experiences with Asurion are mostly good. I had some service reps who were not helpful at all. Then I had this amazing young man Nick at the Mentor office, who went above and beyond! So it's people who make the difference. The company is honorable and has good intentions.
I ended up canceling my subscription because my local office closed. Asurion immediately refunded me and had no qualms about it! I greatly appreciate that!. I would recommend Asurion!
After dropping my phone i filed a claim with ASSurion. It began by them denying my claim, to get it re-reviewed they then wanted me to wait 30 days. Next they ask for pictures, which i sent, next they want proof of purchase, next they want more pictures. It just keeps on and on. Finally they agree its a covered event and want me to pay the deductible ($99) which i do. The next step is they will send me a shipping label. So far i have received 3 separate e-mail links to a supposed shipping label that does not exist. I have asked for the mailing address so i can mail the phone myself. They refuse to do this. Its a scam guys.
I've been dealing with this company for over a month and I still don't have any replacement. I have my recordings where they keep telling me you have to wait 24 to 48 hours, and they kept saying that over and over. So staples can choose a better company for customers to have insurance on items we purchase.
We purchased a replacement from them about a month ago and now the screen is coming apart from the phone it has not been dropped or anything to cause damage to the phone. When I called they were not willing to help in any way besides to have us file a new claim and get another replacement phone from them.
Ordered replacement phone, sent ours back a week ago. Received letter I have 5 days to return old phone or will be charged $75. I don't have new device yet, and Assurion claims they don't have my device sent from a week ago. Paying for insurance for no coverage.

This company will say whatever you want to hear in order to get you to make monthly payments. They got me with; they will cover everything from water damage to technical problems and even accidental damage. I file a claim and every thing goes through just fine, I pay their fee, then after a few days I receive an emails saying denied! I call only to get the run-a-around and finally after 2 hours on the phone with them, they said a supervisor will be calling me within 24 hrs. We're at 72... I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Don't sign up with this company. Save your money and learn from my mistake. These guys a bad hombres.

These people are extremely ignorant and are very unprofessional I went in to get a simple diagnostic and I waited a whole month picked up my item and I still don't know what's wrong because they never told me what was wrong they just told me they couldn't fix it

"Fair market value" $300.00 for a laptop valued at 2k for a cracked screen! I paid $100.00 deductible. Policy is supposed to repair or replace. $300.00 and no options for anything else is not "Fair market value" the worst is when u call Assurion they cant help you and direct you back to AT&t and AT&t will redirect you to Assurion. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! THIS IS CRIMINAL!
Absolutely terrible service. Tried to call because my 2 tear old Costco Hisense TV would not turn on - I had purchased a addituonal 3 years of warranty from Costco, which was apparently provided by Asurion. I waited for an hour on the first call to Asurion and finally hung up. Called again later and was able to connect with someone within 15 minutes. She did nothing to diagnose the problem - simply said someone would call me back in 3 days. Waited 5 days and no one called back. Called again, connected quickly, and after describing the issue was told I was being redirected to another department. Message from the other department said that they were closed and to call back the next day. Called the original support number again. This time I was told I would receive a call back in 2 more days. I don't expect I will. Bottom line - the Asurion warranty is worthless. Shame on Costco and any other retailer who uses this service.
My cell phone has been lost in this store, I brought it to repair it, they kept my phone and when I go to pick it up the phone does not appear anywhere. They do not give me any explanation of what is really happening, only my phone is still lost, I am very sad about the situation, I never thought that this store would do something like this, I feel that they have stolen my phone, a phone that I worked for, to buy it, and still they They mercilessly disappear it.
The police say they can't do anything so I'll have to lose my phone and stay quiet. This is not right i feel like my phone is being stolen
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
