I dropped my iPhone 13 Pro and broke the screen and back glass. Phone was still operational. I submitted a claim and had a replacement phone within a couple days. The process was very easy.
I called asurion today 09-13-2022.
I called them because I was trying to cancel a claim that I made that was not needed after all.
A young girl with Asurion told me to call Fedex because that is who will be delivering my phone.
So I called Fedex and I told an older lady the above that answered the phone and the lady told me that the only way that Fedex will stop a shipment is for Asurion to call them and Asurion to tell Fedex to stop the shipment and they Fedex will do so.
So i called Asurion back and I told another young girl that answered the phone what Fedex told me and young girl told me she is not going to do that because she does not have the time to do that, and young lady then said to me if I do not want the phone then to take it back to Fedex and have Fedex ship it back to Asurion.
It has become necessary to buy insurance for all the electronic junk that's available now. A refrigerator used to last 40 years. Now it needs repair within 2 years and may not even be repairable. Asurion is good. All electronics and appliances are absolute junk. Protect yourself.
After I waited a week and a half they said said couldn't fix it and said it was junk when it's only a display problem then my sister went in for a cleaning for her xbox and now there saying her xbox doesn't work when it worked perfectly fine also my xbox doesn't even work and and broke something on it do not go to this place at all to get anything fixed they are liars and try to get more money out of you

My expert was Mrs. Denise, instead of trying to tell me to wait for a replacement, she found me a watch of better quality for the same price! She went above and beyond for me! I would highly recommend.
I pay a montly premium fee and also paid $230 for my phone to get here same day or next day. Because they didn't ship it out on time, its coming in two days. Their customer support was less than helpful. Just another company gouging money out of customers.

Came much faster than we expected and everything was correct
They charged me a significant amount of money for no reason. When I called to see why I was charged they themselves didn't know why and even apologized for the mistake. They said I would be refunded in 3 days. Instead of being refunded they went ahead with the charge and when I called a week later to get my money back they told me no charge was appearing on their end. I juat had to call my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. All in all extremely shady with all the lies!

It was a great experience the camera was a little off but it corrects itself after a focus adjustment the fact I got the same phone I was paying for its wonderfull
Nightmare to deal with, Do not purchase any policy they claim insure on when it comes to electronics like Cell Phones. Customer Service Line is a long wait, you end up paying a large amount of money to get a replacement phone if a screen is slightly damaged or if the phone is lost. Phone was never delivered on the date it was suppose to by the company representative, no phone call was received or e-mail stating they were not going to show up only to find out the next day that they did not have the replacement phone in stock. After taking a day off from work waiting for them they stated they would only give me a $25.00 Gift Card for my troubles, after escalating to higher management they still would not refund the money and would not give a gift card back.

Lost my phone, got a replacement quickly that was unusable because it was still password protected. After calling and jumping through a ton of hoops (including finding a printer to print and sign an affidavit about why I needed a second replacement) I was able to get a working replacement after 2 weeks of being without a phone. I sent the non working phone back in the box they provided and gave them a tracking number provided by USPS. 10 days later I spoke with another representative at Asurian and confirmed the device was received. Now, over 60 days later, I am being charged $620 on my phone bill for not returning the device.
I no longer have the tracking information from usps and have been jerked around on the phone between Att and Asurian for over 2 hours trying to resolve this issue, to no avail.
Our oldest phone was ran over in the cross walk (phone fell out of pocket) and by the time I got home to submit a claim, it was after 6pm EST and replacement was delivered next day! Very impressed with the turnaround time!
Off shore call center sucks! Repair techs have been out several times. The first one diagnosed it correctly on 7/29/22 upper Freon leak deemed un repairable. Buy back was denied because he didn't follow new protocol. We have had several techs here 3 compressors and a dryer. Fridge is still not cooling. 60 days still no working fridge. Looking for a class action lawsuit lawyer now. All I want is my money back for appliance insurance I paid for.
I spoke with 9 representatives so far and frankly, this is just ridiculous.
I'm a Verizon customer and have Asurion through them.
And since I've been paying $15 a month for over 2 years, I filed a claim due to my phone breaking.
I then paid a $230 deductible on top of the $15 a month that I've been paying for two years, which comes out to ~$590.
I was then sent the same phone (a refurbished Samsung S20). And it would have just been much cheaper to get a phone from Samsung directly and not pay for insurance (it's 230 on their site). So, I'm being overcharged at least $360.
After all of this, I'm just going to end up sending the refurbished phone back and keeping my broken one and just buying another one online.
If you're going to get insurance from them, only do it for new phones (1 year or less) or you'll get ripped off like I did.
We decided to cover our phones with Verizon. Our son lost his phone. We've spent well over 25 hours trying to get a replacement. We get hung up on, get the runaround, every time we give them what they want they want some thing else. Save your money! This is totally fraudulent.

If you are deciding on buying a phone from Verizon versus Apple Store- go to Apple Store and buy Apple Care. Asurion is horrible with zero customer service. I tried to replace my son's phone, when I called to see the problem, Asurion had the wrong email address attached to the phone. Instead og getting on the line with Verizon, they simply transferred me. Verizon had my correct email address for one time pass code, but they in turn could not get on line with Asurion. 2 hours later, the problem is still not fixed. GO TO APPLE CARE, stay away from buying your phone through Verizon with Asurion.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
